May 29, 2010 (15 years ago): Cartoon Network has rebranded for the second time (the first rebrand happened in 2004). In this rebrand, the bumpers and the logo have changed. This era is called the Check It era. It is divided into three eras. The first is Check-It 1.0/2.0, which lasted from May 29, 2010 to May 19, 2013. The second era is Check-It 3.0, which lasted from May 20, 2013 to May 31, 2015. The third era is Check-It 4.0, which lasted from June 1, 2015 to May 29, 2016. Shows that premiered during this era are Adventure Time, Regular Show, The Amazing World of Gumball, Teen Titans Go!, Uncle Grandpa, Steven Universe, Clarence, and many others. The way that I see it, this was the best era that the channel has ever experienced, maybe better than earlier times.
The first logo shown is the 2004 logo. The next one is the 2010 logo.
Fun fact: Do you know that on May 7, 2010, 15 years ago, Disney Channel witnessed a rebrand that changed their logo. Ironically, this was 22 days before Cartoon Network's second rebrand on May 29, 2010 (the first rebrand happened in 2004, if you are wondering). The 2010 logo for Disney Channel is like the logo from 2002 (September 30, 2002), but with a box. Then, on May 23, 2014, Disney Channel rebranded again, but the box was removed and the text "Disney Channel" is covered with a blue outline thing.
