I have Insomnia and Plmd(periodic limb movement disorder) which causes me to move a lot during my sleep and sometimes act out my dreams. Sometimes that makes for funny moments 😄 Documenting helps me learn more about my habits and episodes. I hope some of you are able to laugh about it as well 😂

So it goes...when it rains it pours lol 😆
My son fractured his wrist at soccer and I woke up Tuesday morning with gout in my elbow for the very first time ugh 🙄 😐
I had plans on doing a stream last night but its looking like it will more likely be Saturday or Sunday night as I am still in a bunch of pain and waiting for these meds to work 🙃
I will post as usual to give yall a date for next stream as soon as I start feeling some relief.

Whether any of you care or not, The assassination of Charlie Kirk deeply affected myself, family, and community. I just haven't been able to do much on here lately due to many things, including illness, but I felt the need to say something here.
I hope to resume posting soon (sleep stream definitely by Sunday night) but I truly hope you understand how this incident has affected so many people.
I normally don't post about religion or politics on this channel but I needed to express my devastation regarding Charlie. All I can do right now is hope, pray, and keep my family close.
