Most health advice is overcomplicated. It doesn’t need to be.
I help you build a longer, healthier and happier life using simple, science-backed, natural strategies.
My approach focuses on five core pillars: Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, Microbiome and Stress (SNEMS). When you optimise these together, you dramatically improve your physical and mental health, lower inflammation, increase longevity, and reduce your risk of chronic disease.
I’m a UK GP with 18+ years of experience, but everything changed after I rebuilt my own health following severe burnout, depression and addiction that required a 6-week inpatient treatment in 2020. Thanks to my recovery journey, I am the happiest, strongest and healthiest I've ever been.
Now, I share what actually works in real life with you.

Science is continually proving the benefits of fasting on the human body. From living longer, to reversing chornic disease. Fasting also provides a reset to your gut microbiome, which leads to lower inflammation and a faster metabolism.
I explain the easiest ways to reset your gut health in this video, with plans to suit every lifestyle (including those who exercise regularly).

Have you ever experienced addiction? Either yourself, or someone you know. Don't forget food before answering.
I have learned a lot during my own recovery from opioid addiction, and it is now exactly 5.5 years since I was admitted to a 6-week in-patient rehab. I have been totally sober since and I am hugely grateful for the experiences my recovery has given me. But I am aware addiction is still an illness that is often stigmaisted, and as such people keep quiet and struggle to get help.
If you would like me to make any videos about addiction, and the recovery journey, please comment and share your thoughts below. Supporting one another is key to recovery. Thank you in advance for your input. Much love.

What is the top answer to the question "how have you got to old age so healthily?".
Through my years as a GP, I always ask my older patients what they've done in their life to get into their 70's, 80's or even 90's in excellent health. So I thought it would be a bit of fun to see if you come up with the same answer. I'll add my thoughts once answers are in...
