I have over 18 years experience working as a doctor (GP in the UK). But my real learning journey started as a means to fix myself after total burn out in 2020 leading to a 6-week in-patient mental health treatment for severe depression and opioid addiction. My learning has got me from rock-bottom to the strongest and happiest I've ever been.
