Played around with Sora again and made a more playful, more real image of me doing the Camino. It excites me as well as terrifies me...hi hi

What are your goals?
Do this exercise. Imagine yourself actually achieving your goals. Try to imagine how the scene would sound, look, feel, and even taste. Then focus on your emotions. How would you feel at this moment, achieving what you set out to do? Relish it, get caught up in it, express it. Do this short exercise before you start your day or before you sleep. Watch the changes after...

🌿 Why I Created the 7 Days to Self-Compassion Workbook
I didn’t create this workbook because I had everything figured out.
I created it because for most of my life, I didn’t.

Somewhere along the way — maybe from comments I overheard, looks that lingered a little too long, or the silence that followed when I failed — I started to believe I wasn’t enough. Not smart enough, not pretty enough, not lovable enough. And once you believe that, it becomes easier to criticize yourself than to comfort yourself.

I grew up interpreting so many things through the lens of “What will people think of me?”
If I made a mistake, it wasn’t just a mistake — it was a confirmation of everything I feared I was lacking.
So I kept trying to fix myself, be better, be perfect…
But I forgot how to be kind to myself in the process.

That’s why I created this 7-day self-compassion guide — not to preach from a place of mastery, but to walk alongside others who are also unlearning self-judgment and choosing softness instead.

Each day in this workbook holds a short reflection, a journaling prompt, and a gentle affirmation. They’re small steps, but for me, they’ve been powerful reminders that healing doesn’t happen through pressure — it happens through presence.

So if you're someone who’s too hard on yourself... if “being enough” feels like a constant uphill climb…
Know this:
You’re not alone.
And you're already worthy of kindness — especially your own.

Let’s take it one gentle page at a time.
