I love Christmas. The extraness of it all. Extra colours and patterns, extra food, extra family gatherings. It's just ALL EXTRA, and I love it. I only had $65TT($11US) for fabric(2 yards in red and flower pattern 35" fabric, 2 yards in sheeting fabric), and I was able to get, 5 new throw pillow covers, Chair covers, and a table length Runner.

So my daughter's Sweet 16 is coming up and I am super busy planning and preparing (thank God for my event planning knowledge and experience). She also wants a skirt like this. So I decided to create one and take a little design inspiration from the dress on the right. Look out for a DIY video of the finished product. 👍

Hi everyone. This week I am suppose to be posting kitchen DIY ideas to create and sell, but I have been extremely busy the past few days and it has delayed my recordings. Here is a simple and quick way to refshion a jeans. So my daughter got to tall for her jeans, but as you can see it still gave a great fit. So I refashioned it by giving it a big chop, a little distressing, and some iron on patches 👐
