We're officially starting my 2-day Hakone adventure with my sister! š¤
We explored Hakone using the Hakone Freepass, visited the beautiful Hakone Open-Air Museum, and finally tried the famous tofu katsuni that I'd been wanting to eat for so long!

I found such a cozy hidden stay in Izuā¦
A 100-year-old ryokan-style hostel, traditional Japanese rooms, peaceful vibes, and surprisingly budget-friendly š„¹š©µ
After checking in, I went out for a local dinner recommended by the receptionistā¦ and ended up having one of the most memorable nights of this trip.
Best simmered kinmedai ever, lovely travellers from Germany, and a cozy night in Ito š¤
