Glorifies a Christian

1. Be born again through faith in Jesus

Glorification begins with salvation.
You receive God’s Spirit, and He begins transforming you from the inside out.

“Those He justified, He also glorified.” — Romans 8:30

To be glorified, you must first be:

Called by God

Justified by faith in Christ

Made His child


2. Walk in obedience and holiness

God glorifies those who live for Him, not the world.
“Be holy, for I am holy.” — 1 Peter 1:16
“If anyone serves Me… the Father will honor him.” — John 12:26

Holiness = set apart, living differently, reflecting Christ.

3. Let Christ be formed in you

Glorification starts now — through sanctification.

“We are being transformed… from glory to glory.” — 2 Corinthians 3:18

Each time you:

Resist sin

Choose love

Forgive

Show mercy

Seek God


…you shine more with His likeness.

4. Share in Christ’s suffering

This part is hard but central. Christians share in Jesus’s sufferings — and also in His glory.

“If we suffer with Him, we will also be glorified with Him.” — Romans 8:17

Suffering for righteousness → leads to glory.

5. Live humbly

God lifts up the humble.

“Humble yourselves… and He will exalt you.” — 1 Peter 5:6

Humility is a gateway to divine honor.

6. Keep your faith to the end
“When Christ appears, you will also appear with Him in glory.” — Colossians 3:4

This includes:

A resurrected, perfected body

Eternal life

Freedom from sin

Every believer is called not merely to exist but to make a difference through the life of Christ within them. When we are united with Jesus, our words, actions, and attitudes become a reflection of His love and truth in the world. A life that makes a difference is not about personal greatness — it’s about Christ living through us.

«“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me.” — Galatians 2:20»

This kind of life flows from daily surrender. It means allowing Jesus to shape our thoughts, decisions, and desires until His will becomes our own. It means shining His light in our families, workplaces, and communities — wherever He places us.

A life that makes a difference also perseveres in prayer. Jesus taught that “men ought always to pray, and not to faint.” Prayer strengthens our faith and aligns us with God’s purposes. It keeps us from giving up when life gets hard. Through prayer, God works in us and through us to touch others in ways we may never see.

When we walk closely with Christ, love deeply, serve humbly, and pray persistently, our lives bear fruit that lasts for eternity. The difference we make isn’t measured by applause or fame but by the quiet influence of a faithful heart.

Lord Jesus,
