I'm Vusi Thembekwayo, a global business strategist and venture capitalist who architects disruption, not just talks about it.
For over a decade, I've delivered over 480 keynotes across six continents, from the Oxford Union to Harvard, and to sold-out arenas in New York, London, and Dubai. I've sat in boardrooms with Fortune 500 CEOs making decisions that drive real transformation.
As founder & CEO of MyGrowthFund Venture Partners, I back exceptional founders building scalable businesses across Africa and beyond. I was a Dragon investor at 28, a JSE-listed company director before most people finish their MBA, and the youngest African entrepreneur to appear on the cover of Entrepreneur Magazine. I also featured on CNBC, Bloomberg, and Inc. 500.
Here, you'll gain unfiltered insights into leadership, strategy, disruption, and the founder's mindset. Real strategies for navigating chaos, scaling ventures, and leading with conviction. Not theory. What actually works when the stakes are high.

🚨 Just wrapped up an incredible January 2026 Speaking Tour and kicked off the year with a whirlwind tour around the globe.

I started with a sold out event in ✈️ Dubai, then flew across the Atlantic to speak in vibrant ✈️ New York for a tier1 investment bank.

From there, it was off to the speak ✈️ Jamaica, while there I visited Bob Marley’s home (now a museum) followed by full speaking engagements in ✈️ Barbados which were streamed to ✈️ Trinidad, St Kitts & Nevis, St Lucia and others.

Then, ✈️ Returning to South Africa, to speak in Johannesburg.

What an amazing start to 2026!

Let's make every moment count.

Next stage is set: will be speaking on Bravery. When you’ve worked to make your dreams come true, you have to work to keep your dreams a reality.

While in Barbados, I saw several posters advertising a barbershop using my sister Masechaba’s image.

Set aside the infringement of her likeness, here is my question:

Are these kinds of adverts effective? Have you ever seen one and decided to go to that store?

Let me know.

Dear Americans (both North, South and Cebtral)

Can you please help me understand why this bottle is for 591ml?

What do you need the additional 1mln for specific?

Seems awfully specific.

After dry-run, I had some downtime so I went out to see life in Barbados. Made a turn at the house Rihanna grew up in.

Event tomorrow is full.

I hate, with a passion, people who invade the gym, set up a tripod, and force the rest of us to evade their content traps.

And why gyms tolerate it is beyond me.

This is a good opportunity for somebody to set up the “anti-influencer” gym.

What do you think?
