Why Humanity Still Hasn’t Reached a Type 1 Civilization
Business headlines love to celebrate “success.”
Just this month, Oracle smashed records on the AI boom. Reporters applauded. Investors cheered. Executives smiled.
But no one wanted to talk about the real cost.
In 2025 alone, Oracle laid off more than 3,000 people. Those lives, those contributions, were erased from the story. And yet, without their labor, these “successes” would never have been possible.
This is the paradox of our current world: a few reap unprecedented wealth while the many are discarded. It’s a parasitic cycle dressed up as progress.
And it’s exactly why humanity still hasn’t reached what physicists call a Type 1 Civilization.
The Illusion of Progress
Every time stock prices soar after mass layoffs, we reveal the system’s true values.
People are expendable.
Profit is the only scoreboard.
“Innovation” is applauded, even when it leaves devastation in its wake.
This isn’t progress. It’s extraction.
We celebrate efficiency while ignoring the human carnage left behind. And when AI replaces workers, the narrative is called “advancement.” But in truth, it’s just a cheaper way to siphon profit upward.
The Forgotten Majority
Every corporate win is built on the backs of workers. The ones who gave their years, their energy, their creativity, their lives — only to be cut when the bottom line demanded it.
The majority fuels the system, but only the few are rewarded. The irony? Without the majority, there would be nothing to celebrate in the first place.
And yet, their stories don’t make the headlines.
Why Humanity Stalls at Type 0
On the Kardashev Scale, civilizations advance from Type 0 (primitive resource use) to Type 5 (universal mastery).
Humanity hasn’t even reached Type 1 — which would mean planetary unity and mastery of sustainable energy. Why? Because we’re still trapped in cycles of immaturity and division:
Racism and cultural divides
Gender inequity
Control through religion and rigid education
Greed through unchecked capitalism
Poverty in a world of abundance
And on top of these social failures, we cling to archaic, predatory energy systems.
Grid electricity, fossil fuels, and oil monopolies remain dominant — not because we lack alternatives, but because profit at the top demands it.
Free, clean, and renewable systems (zero-point, solar, water energy) appear, but they stall or are suppressed. Why? Because their success would devastate the industries that thrive on dependence.
The Illusion of Lack
We are made to believe that there isn’t enough. That survival requires competition, endless work, and sacrifice. But this is the illusion of lack — a construct of predatory systems designed to keep us small, fearful, and divided.
The truth? This planet gives us all that we need and more. Earth is abundant, overflowing with resources meant to sustain life in balance. It is through greed and poor stewardship that this abundance is hoarded, distorted, and withheld.
The illusion of scarcity pits us against one another, keeping us in constant survival mode. While we fight over crumbs, those at the top feast on the whole loaf.
This alone is proof of our immaturity: a species with enough to feed, clothe, and shelter every human being, but trapped in systems that thrive on suffering and division.
What True Evolution Requires
To move beyond a Type 0 society, humanity must evolve past these parasitic cycles. True progress will never be measured in stock prices or AI contracts.
It will be measured in how we treat one another.
It will be measured in whether energy, resources, and dignity are shared equitably.
It will be measured in whether technology is used to liberate humanity — not discard it.
The leap to a Type 1 civilization begins not with machines, but with maturity. With unity. With valuing people over profit.
Conclusion
Right now, we are at a crossroads.
Headlines will continue to cheer record profits, soaring stock prices, and AI-driven “innovation.” But unless we face the truth — that these wins are built on the suffering of the many — we will remain spiritually and socially stunted.
We are still a Type 0 civilization. Clever, but immature. Advanced, but divided.
The question isn’t whether both worlds exist.
The question is: Which one will we choose to live in?

When the Corporate Cycle Collides with the Menstrual Cycle
Corporate jobs expect women to show up the same way every day. Same output, same energy, same performance — all year long. But here’s the truth: women’s bodies were never designed for sameness.
Unlike the linear corporate cycle, women’s bodies move through cyclical rhythms each month. And when these rhythms are ignored, suppressed, or forced into alignment with corporate demands, the result is exhaustion, imbalance, and soul-disconnection.
The Four Phases of the Menstrual Cycle
A woman’s menstrual cycle isn’t just about reproduction — it carries unique energies, strengths, and needs across its four phases:
🌑 Menstrual (Winter) — The body calls for rest, release, and inward reflection. It’s a natural time to slow down and listen deeply.
🌱 Follicular (Spring) — Energy begins to rise, creativity blossoms, and new ideas come to life. This is the “fresh start” phase.
☀️ Ovulation (Summer) — Peak vitality, communication, and collaboration. This is the time for outward expression, social energy, and connection.
🍂 Luteal (Autumn) — Attention turns inward again, perfect for detail work, planning, and tying up loose ends before the next cycle begins.
Each phase has its own wisdom. When honored, this rhythm creates balance, health, and flow.
The Wisdom of Sacred Woman
In her groundbreaking book Sacred Woman, Queen Afua teaches that the womb is more than a physical organ — it is the seat of feminine wisdom, creativity, and spiritual power. She calls it womb wisdom: a sacred compass guiding women back to balance and purpose.
Corporate culture, however, is the complete antithesis of womb wisdom. It demands suppression of the body’s signals, dismissal of cycles, and denial of sacred rest. Where the womb teaches flow, renewal, and intuition, corporate systems enforce sameness, exhaustion, and disconnection.
When women begin to honor womb wisdom, they see clearly how unaligned the 9–5 grind really is. It becomes obvious that their sacred energy was never meant to be siphoned into structures that dishonor it.The Corporate Cycle = Linear Demands
But corporate systems weren’t built with women’s cycles in mind. They were built on a linear, masculine model — mirroring the 24-hour hormonal cycle men experience, where each day looks roughly the same.
The corporate cycle demands:
Show up at the same energy level every day.
Perform the same tasks, regardless of your body’s needs.
Produce on schedule, even when your natural rhythms say otherwise.
It’s a system designed for sameness. And that sameness is exactly what erodes women’s mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
The Clash: Corporate vs. Feminine
Here’s what happens when these two cycles collide:
Menstrual Phase: Instead of resting, women are forced to push through meetings, deadlines, and hustle culture. The result? Burnout, cramps ignored, and long-term reproductive health issues.
Follicular Phase: This is the perfect time for fresh ideas and innovation — yet corporate structures often stifle creativity with repetitive tasks and rigid systems.
Ovulation Phase: Peak energy and collaboration energy are wasted on misaligned timing. The system doesn’t adapt to when women are most magnetic and communicative.
Luteal Phase: Instead of leaning into detail orientation and planning, women are pressured to hustle harder to meet quarterly targets.
The result? A constant state of dissonance. Women are asked to betray their bodies every single day — and then told it’s “professionalism.”
The Toll on Women
This misalignment isn’t just inconvenient — it’s destructive.
Mentally: Chronic stress, anxiety, and a sense of inadequacy because you “can’t keep up.”
Physically/biologically: Hormonal imbalances, cycle irregularities, fertility challenges, and compounded health issues from ignoring the body’s signals.
Spiritually: Disconnection from womb wisdom, intuition, and the sacred cycles that have guided women for generations.
The problem is not women’s bodies. The problem is a system that refuses to honor them.
Reclaiming the Sacred Cycle
When women begin to reconnect with their menstrual cycles, they unlock more than health benefits — they reclaim their sacred power. Imagine a world where women could structure their work around their natural rhythms: resting during menstruation, innovating in follicular, collaborating in ovulation, and refining in luteal. Productivity would skyrocket — not because of sameness, but because of alignment.
The Sacred Exit is about more than leaving corporate jobs. It’s about exiting the systems that force us to betray ourselves — and returning to rhythms that honor who we are at the deepest level.
Closing
Your body is not broken. Your energy is not inconsistent. It is sacred, cyclical, and wise.
And if you’ve been made to feel otherwise, remember this: the corporate cycle is what’s unnatural — not you.

💡 Labor Day isn’t just a long weekend—it’s a history lesson.
This holiday was born from the blood, sweat, and resistance of workers who stood up to corporate exploitation. They demanded fair pay, safer conditions, and shorter hours.
150 years later, the systems haven’t changed much.
👀 Layoffs for “cost savings”
👀 Salary secrecy
👀 8-hour workdays that drain the spirit
👀 Hustle culture disguised as ambition
Labor Day reminds us of one thing: corporate will never hand you freedom—you have to claim it.
✨ A Sacred Exit means creating work that honors your soul, income that reflects your worth, and freedom from toxic systems.
So this Labor Day, I’ll ask you the same question I asked myself years ago:
👉 Am I truly free in my work, or am I just laboring for a system that drains me?
🔥 It’s time for a new kind of labor movement—one led by women reclaiming their creativity, spirituality, and independence.

🚩Corporate doesn’t forbid salary talk because it’s “unprofessional.”
They forbid it because silence protects them.
💰 Silence is cheaper than fairness.
💰 Secrecy hides discrimination & exploitation.
💰 Pay gaps thrive in the dark.
💰 The less you know, the less they pay you.
💰 They want loyalty without accountability.
The truth? If employees openly shared their salaries, the system would crumble overnight. Just gonna leave this right here.

🌿 How to Make Your Sacred Exit: The SPS Framework 🌿
Too many women stay in toxic corporate jobs because leaving feels impossible.
But your exit doesn’t have to be chaotic or reckless. It can be Sacred — when you align Spiritual, Practical, and Strategic.
✨ Spiritual – Anchor into your why. This is more than hating a boss or paycheck stress — it’s about reclaiming your soul’s purpose. Without spiritual clarity, you’ll just recreate the same prison somewhere else.
✨ Practical – Get your foundation right. Build savings, reduce unnecessary obligations, and identify your non-negotiables for the life you’re stepping into. Practicality is what allows freedom to last.
✨ Strategic – Create your roadmap. Decide what you’re moving toward — whether it’s entrepreneurship, consulting, or simply rest. Map the steps, set your timeline, and move with intention.
⚠️ Most exits fail because they skip one of these three — and end up right back in the same trap.
🔑 The Sacred Exit happens when all three flow together.
💡 Question for you:
Which area — Spiritual, Practical, or Strategic — do you feel strongest in right now? And which one needs more attention before you can walk away?

🎶 Sunday Night Blues 🎶
A corporate event no one asked for.
The lineup is always the same:
🎤 Endless meetings that drain your energy
🎤 Silencing your truth for a paycheck
🎤 Counting down the hours until Friday
And the special guests?
👉 Your creativity for sale (sponsored by corporate)
👉 Your soul silenced every Monday morning
But here’s the truth: you weren’t born for the Sunday Night Blues.
You were born for freedom. For impact. For soul-aligned work that lights you up instead of draining you dry.
✨ You don’t have to buy another ticket to this event. ✨
***I remember when Sunday evenings felt heavy with dread, already bracing for the week ahead. Now, I often forget it’s even Sunday—because freedom has no countdown clock. I want every woman still stuck in corporate to know: this freedom is possible for you, too.***
If you’re ready to explore your own Sacred Exit, my DMs are open. ❤️
