Supreme Court ne West Bengal sarkar ko state employees ke Dearness Allowance (DA) arrears dene ka nirdesh diya hai.
• 2008 se 2019 tak ka pending DA, 2009 ROPA Rules ke hisaab se calculate hoga.
• DA ki calculation All-India CPI ke basis par hogi.
• Sarkar ko 25% arrears 31 March 2026 tak dena hoga.
• Bache hue 75% arrears ke liye ek 4-member committee banani hogi.
Ye order state government employees ke liye badi jeet maana ja raha hai. 🎉
Agar chaho, main ise aur short, headline style, ya pure Hindi mein bhi likh dunga.
