49 days ago I left my old life of 10 years behind. I didn’t see it coming. It’s been rough. I’ve had some regrets. I’ve questioned decisions. But deep down, I feel I was meant for a new chapter.

Sometimes we are afraid to move on in life because of the unknown. It’s scary. There are no guarantees in life. I’m learning to trust the process, to let go, to have faith even when I don’t have answers. Is it scary? YES.

You know the kind of flaw only you can see — until suddenly, you can’t unsee it?
For me, it was a faint dip just above my upper lip on the left side. It only showed up in certain lighting, but once it caught my eye, that shadow whispered “volume loss.”

👀 The comments are rolling in on my latest video—and one thing I’ve noticed? So many of you are absolutely certain that Lindsay Lohan and Christina Aguilera had facelifts by Dr. Steven Levine.

Here’s the thing: just because Kris Jenner publicly named him as her surgeon doesn’t automatically mean he’s the go-to guy for every celeb with a lifted look. Has Lindsay or Christina ever confirmed a facelift? Nope. Has Dr. Levine’s team broken HIPAA and revealed patient info? Also no.

Meanwhile, I actually found something interesting—an article linking them to Renuva, not surgery. (Yes, I cite my sources 😉)

1 Month After —1 Treatment of Renuva to my Hands

After I had Renuva injected into my hands, my results went pretty close to being back to baseline (see previous post). Then 3 weeks after, I took a long 14 hour flight to the Philippines 🇵🇭 and my hands swelled up (see previous post). Now the swelling has resolved.

If results hold, this could be a one-and-done treatment for me. Unlike the face, the skin on the hands is thinner and will likely respond well to a single session of fat matrix like Renuva—though that varies person to person.

Fingers crossed this is the final outcome, but either way, I’m impressed with the shift so far!

Three weeks ago, I had Renuva injected into my hands—then got on a 14-hour flight to Manila, Philippines 🇵🇭 and another 1 hour flight to Boracay.

Ever since the flights, the swelling hasn’t gone down. Flying is known to cause swelling in the feet, but it can affect the hands too, especially since they were injected.

Swelling to the hands can be more common with injectables, since the skin is thinner and more prone to fluid retention. This is the first time I’ve ever injected my hands.
