Ingredients: • Vanjiram (Seer) fish slices – 6 pieces • Red chilli powder – 2 tsp • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp . . Pepper powder • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp • Lemon juice – 1 tsp • Salt – as needed • Oil – for shallow frying
Preparation: 1. Wash the fish slices well and pat dry. 2. In a bowl, mix red chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. 3. Apply the masala evenly on both sides of the fish. 4. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 5. Heat oil in a pan, place the fish slices, and fry on medium flame until golden brown on both sides. 6. Serve hot with rice and curry or as a snack.
