In S4E8 of the Tacoma Budget Build, I’m installing a massive 11-inch Joying Head Unit and a Backup Camera in the old Taco. From using pop rivets to get the brackets to line up, to finding the hidden reverse trigger wire, this was one heck of a project!

I wasn't looking for a heavy-duty TRD Skid Plate—I was looking for a cheap, effective way to prevent grass and brush from getting sucked up under the truck, which is a real risk for undercarriage fires when off-roading!

2005 TACOMA REBORN: OME 3" Lift Install (210k Mile Upgrade!)
After 210,000 miles, the suspension on our 1st Gen Tacoma Single Cab was completely shot! It was time for a massive overhaul.
We tackled a full Old Man Emu (OME) 3-inch Lift Kit installation, but on a truck this old, it was anything but easy!

Rust Wars: The struggle to remove rusty, 20-year-old bolts (and the parts we had to cut off!).
