Here’s what I know for sure…
Every layer we peel back, while it will be uncomfortable, will get us closer to who we are at our core. It’s up to us how we handle the uncomfortable moments.
Do we lean in? Resist? Run and retreat?
That’s our journey. The messy, unpredictable, no one has it figured out and they’re full of shit if they say they do, journey.
