*शहरी कामगारांच्या सन्मान, सुरक्षा आणि न्यायासाठी युवक काँग्रेसचा लढा*

*“शहरी कामगार न्याय अभियान” व “मुंबईचा हक्क” अभियानाची मुंबई युवक काँग्रेसकडून घोषणा*

मुंबई:देशाची आर्थिक राजधानी मुंबई उभी करणारे लाखो शहरी कामगार आजही असुरक्षित, असंघटित आणि शोषणात्मक परिस्थितीत जीवन जगत आहेत. स्वच्छता कामगार, घरकामगार, ऑटो-रिक्षा चालक, फेरीवाले आणि असंघटित क्षेत्रातील कामगारांना सरकार मूलभूत हक्क, सामाजिक सुरक्षा आणि सन्मानजनक जीवनापासून वंचित ठेवत असल्याचा गंभीर आरोप मुंबई युवक काँग्रेसच्या अध्यक्षा झीनत शबरीन यांनी केला.

मुंबई काँग्रेस कार्यालयात आयोजित पत्रकार परिषदेत झीनत शबरीन, युवक काँग्रेसचे प्रभारी पुनित सिंह परिया व युवक काँग्रेसच्या पदाधिका-यांच्या हस्ते “शहरी कामगार न्याय अभियानाची” सुरुवात केली. तसेच “मुंबईचा हक्क” अभियानांतर्गत मुंबईतील भ्रष्ट आणि निष्क्रिय व्यवस्थेविरोधात रस्त्यावर उतरून आंदोलन करण्याचा इशाराही दिला.

यावेळी बोलताना झीनत शबरीन म्हणाल्या की, शहर उभं करणाऱ्या कामगारांना आजही किमान वेतन, सामाजिक सुरक्षा, आरोग्य सुविधा, कायदेशीर संरक्षण आणि सन्मान मिळत नाही. नवीन कामगार कायद्यात घरेलू कामगार, गिग वर्कर्स आणि असंघटित क्षेत्रातील अनेक घटकांना पूर्णपणे दुर्लक्षित करण्यात आले आहे.

कायद्याने बंदी असूनही आजही गटार आणि सेप्टिक टँक साफ करताना सफाई कामगारांचे मृत्यू होत आहेत. त्यांना सुरक्षा साधने दिली जात नाहीत. कामावर मृत्यू झालेल्या कामगारांच्या कुटुंबांना न्याय आणि नुकसानभरपाई मिळत नाही. मॅन्युअल स्कॅव्हेंजिंग पूर्णपणे बंद करून सर्व स्वच्छता कामगारांना कायम सरकारी नोकरी, आरोग्य विमा आणि सामाजिक सुरक्षा द्यावी, अशी मागणी त्यांनी केली.

आजही अनेक घरकामगार महिलांना वेगळी लिफ्ट, वेगळे गेट, वेगळे शौचालय अशा आधुनिक अस्पृश्यतेचा सामना करावा लागत असून त्यांना किमान वेतन, साप्ताहिक सुट्टी, मातृत्व लाभ आणि कायदेशीर संरक्षणापासून वंचित ठेवले जात आहे, अशी खंत व्यक्त करत झीनत शबरीन यांनी घरकामगारांसाठी स्वतंत्र कायदा, किमान ₹१०० प्रति तास वेतन, आरोग्य विमा, पेन्शन आणि भेदभावाविरोधात कठोर कायद्याची मागणी केली. तसेच ऑटो आणि रिक्षा चालकांना ॲप कंपन्यांकडून होणारी लूट, पोलिसांकडून केला जाणार छळ, आर्थिक भुर्दंड यासह अनेक अडचणींना सामोरे जावे लागत आहे. त्यांच्यासाठी स्वतंत्र कल्याणकारी मंडळ, विमा, पेन्शन, गॅस सबसिडी आणि ॲप कमिशनवर मर्यादा घातली पाहिजे. फेरीवाल्यांवर प्रशासनाकडून सुरु असलेल्या कारवाईवर जोरदार टीका करत “सौंदर्याकरणाच्या नावाखाली गरीबांचा रोजगार उद्ध्वस्त केला जात आहे. जप्ती, हप्तेखोरी आणि पोलिसांच्या त्रासामुळे लाखो फेरीवाले असुरक्षित झाले आहेत,” स्ट्रीट वेंडर्स ॲक्टची कठोर अंमलबजावणी, वेंडिंग झोन, व्यवसाय प्रमाणपत्र आणि महिला विक्रेत्यांसाठी मूलभूत सुविधा उपलब्ध करून देण्याची मागणी त्यांनी केली.

त्या पुढे म्हणाल्या की, मुंबई महानगरपालिकेकडे हजारो कोटी रुपयांचे बजेट असूनही मुंबईकरांना खड्डेमुक्त रस्ते, पूरमुक्त शहर, स्वच्छ हवा, सक्षम सार्वजनिक वाहतूक आणि दर्जेदार आरोग्य सुविधा मिळत नाहीत. “ट्रिपल इंजिन सरकार”च्या काळात मुंबईत राहणे, काम करणे आणि श्वास घेणेही कठीण झाले आहे. पूर नियंत्रण, गाळ उपसा, नालेसफाई, ड्रेनेज प्रकल्पांमध्ये मोठ्या प्रमाणात भ्रष्टाचार सुरु आहे. रस्त्यांवर सुरु असलेली विविध कामे, मोठे बांधकाम प्रकल्प आणि धुळीमुळे मुंबईकरांच्या आरोग्यावर गंभीर दुष्परिणाम होत आहेत. हवेची गुणवत्ता सातत्याने ढासळत आहे. तसेच लोकल ट्रेन, बेस्ट बस सेवा, महापालिका रुग्णालयातील सेवा कोलमडल्या आहेत. सत्ताधा-यांच्या भ्रष्ट कारभारामुळे मुंबईकरांचे फक्त हाल सुरु आहेत.

“हे अभियान केवळ आंदोलन नाही, तर शहर उभं करणाऱ्या कामगारांच्या सन्मान, समानता आणि संविधानिक हक्कांसाठीचा व्यापक संघर्ष आहे. मुंबईकरांचा अंतर्गत सन्मानाने जगण्याचा हक्क धोक्यात आला असून युवक काँग्रेस रस्त्यावर उतरून नागरिकांचा आवाज बुलंद करेल,” असे सांगत सर्व शहरी कामगार व मुंबईकरांनी ९८११८६७४७४ या मोबाईल क्रमांकावर मिस्ड कॉल देऊन मोठ्या संख्येने या अभियानात सहभागी व्हावे असे आवाहन झीनत शबरीन आणि पुनित सिंह परिया यांनी केले आहे.

Senior Citizen Businessman Akhtar Hasan Rizvi Maintains Innocence in Bandra Property Matter

Mumbai:Veteran businessman has strongly maintained his innocence in connection with an ongoing inquiry related to a disputed property in Bandra (West), Mumbai, describing the matter as a long-standing civil property dispute rather than a criminal case.
During proceedings before the Sessions Court for Greater Bombay, Rizvi’s legal team argued that no FIR has yet been registered and emphasized that the 84-year-old businessman has cooperated with authorities through his advocates by submitting documents and clarifications whenever required.
The defence informed the court that Rizvi had neither gained financially from the disputed transaction nor caused wrongful loss to anyone. Lawyers further stated that upon learning about disputed land record entries, Rizvi himself cooperated in removing his company’s name from the records to avoid unnecessary controversy.
Rizvi’s counsel also highlighted his advanced age and serious medical conditions, including heart disease and hypertension, arguing that custodial interrogation was unnecessary and would adversely affect his health and reputation.
Importantly, even the intervenor in the matter reportedly informed the court that he had no objection to anticipatory bail being granted to Rizvi.
The defence maintained that if any irregularities existed in historical property documents, they may have been linked to former employees associated with the company decades ago, and not directly to Rizvi himself.
While the court ultimately declined to grant anticipatory bail at this preliminary stage due to pending proceedings ( before the Mumbai high which is writ petition filed by Rizvi ), legal observers noted that the order does not amount to a finding of guilt and that the matter remains under inquiry.
Supporters of Rizvi describe him as a respected senior businessman who has expressed willingness to cooperate with lawful investigation procedures while pursuing legal remedies through the courts.

*‘NEET’ पेपरफुटीच्या चौकशीसाठी संयुक्त संसदीय समिती (JPC) स्थापन करा; केंद्रीय शिक्षण मंत्र्यांनी तात्काळ राजीनामा द्यावा*

मुंबई:देशातील तरुणांचे भविष्य उद्ध्वस्त करणाऱ्या नीट (NEET) पेपरफुटी प्रकरणाच्या निषेधार्थ मुंबई युवक काँग्रेसच्या अध्यक्षा झीनत शबरीन यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली आज फोर्ट परिसरातील राज्याच्या CET सेल कार्यालयासमोर मुंबई युवक काँग्रेसतर्फे तीव्र आंदोलन करण्यात आले. या आंदोलनात शेकडो युवकांनी सहभाग घेत भाजपा सरकारविरोधात जोरदार घोषणाबाजी केली.

नीट पेपरफुटी प्रकरणी भाजपा सरकारवर टीका करत मुंबई युवक काँग्रेसच्या अध्यक्षा झीनत शबरीन म्हणाल्या की, “नीट परीक्षेचा पेपर फुटल्यामुळे देशभरातील २४ लाख विद्यार्थ्यांच्या आणि पालकांच्या स्वप्नांवर सरकारने बुलडोझर फिरवला आहे. या गंभीर प्रकाराची नैतिक जबाबदारी स्वीकारून केंद्रीय शिक्षणमंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान यांनी तात्काळ राजीनामा द्यावा. तसेच विद्यार्थ्यांना नुकसानभरपाई देण्यात यावी.”

त्या पुढे म्हणाल्या की, “‘NEET’ पेपरफुटी प्रकरणाच्या सखोल चौकशीसाठी संयुक्त संसदीय समिती (JPC) स्थापन करण्यात यावी. या प्रश्नपत्रिका फुटीमागील संपूर्ण साखळी भाजपाशी संबंधित लोकांकडून चालवली जात असून, बेकायदेशीर मार्गाने विद्यार्थ्यांचे भविष्य उद्ध्वस्त केले जात आहे. आम्ही सर्वजण मिळून या अन्यायाविरोधात लढा देऊ आणि विद्यार्थ्यांना न्याय मिळवून देऊ.”

झीनत शबरीन यांनी पुढे आरोप केला की, “ज्या NTA महासंचालकांच्या कार्यकाळात २०२४ ची ‘NEET’ परीक्षा प्रश्नपत्रिका फुटली, त्याच व्यक्तीची छत्तीसगडच्या मुख्यमंत्र्यांचे ‘प्रधान सल्लागार’ म्हणून नियुक्ती करण्यात आली आहे. प्रश्नपत्रिका फुटीच्या घोटाळ्यात सहभागी असलेल्या लोकांना भाजप सरकारकडून बक्षीस म्हणून मोठी पदे दिली जात आहेत.”

या आंदोलनात मुंबई युवक काँग्रेसचे उपाध्यक्ष पंकज चौधरी, महासचिव तेजस चांदूरकर, आसिफ खान, गुरमन सिंग, गणेश शेगार, मितेश सोनकर, संतोष यादव, जिल्हाध्यक्ष शेखर जगताप, शिव यादव, अब्दुल समद तसेच विधानसभा अध्यक्ष इम्रान खान, प्रसन्न रांदिवे, आशिष सरोज, अल्तमेश कुरेशी, राहुल पेडणेकर, राज तुरेराव, सचिन, बृजमोहन यादव, सोहेब, मझहर आणि अबुतालिब यांच्यासह शेकडो पदाधिकारी व कार्यकर्त्यांनी सहभागी झाले होते या सर्वांना पोलिसांनी ताब्यात घेतले.

बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिका आयुक्त श्रीमती अश्विनी भिडे यांनी एस विभागातील विक्रोळी (पूर्व) स्थित कन्नमवार नगर स्वच्छता कामगारांच्या चौकीस आज सकाळी आकस्मिक भेट देऊन पाहणी केली. चौकीवरील स्वच्छता कर्मचाऱ्यांसमवेत त्यांनी संवाद साधला.

मुंबईतील रस्ते आणि त्याभोवतीचा परिसर, चौक स्वच्छतेकडे व्यापक लक्ष देऊन परिसर स्वच्छ ठेवण्यास प्राधान्य द्यावे. कचरा साचणाऱ्या ठिकाणाचे समूळ उच्चाटन करावे. त्यासाठी जनजागृती करावी, असे निर्देश महानगरपालिका आयुक्त श्रीमती अश्विनी भिडे यांनी दिले.

उपलब्ध असलेली आधुनिक यंत्रसामुग्री आणि मनुष्यबळाचा योग्य वापर करा, अशा सूचनादेखील श्रीमती भिडे यांनी दिल्या.

Mumbra: Rosary Convent High School has achieved remarkable success in the SSC Board Examination 2026, bringing pride and honour to the institution through its outstanding academic performance.

برطانیہ کی پارلیمنٹ میں جنت البقیع کی 100 سالہ یاد میں تاریخی بین المذاہب کانفرنس
مولانا محبوب مہدی عابدی و مولانا علی رضا رضوی اور دیگر اسکالر نے بقیع کے لیے تقریر کر کے تاریخ لکھ دی

لندن، برطانیہ : 21 اپریل 1926ء (بمطابق 8 شوال 1344ھ) کو جنت البقیع کے مزاراتِ مقدسہ کو منہدم کر دیا گیا تھا۔ اس تاریخی سانحے کے سو سال مکمل ہونے کے موقع پر 21 اپریل 2026ء کو برطانیہ کی پارلیمنٹ کے ہاؤس آف لارڈز میں ایک اہم اور تاریخی بین المذاہب کانفرنس کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ یہ اپنی نوعیت کا پہلا پروگرام تھا جو برطانوی پارلیمنٹ میں جنت البقیع کے موضوع پر منعقد ہوا۔
یہ کانفرنس البقیع آرگنائزیشن شکاگو اور الخوئی فاؤنڈیشن لندن کے اشتراک سے ممبر آف پارلیمنٹ Lord Russell Rook کی میزبانی میں منعقد ہوئی، جس میں مختلف مذاہب و ادیان سے تعلق رکھنے والے ممتاز مذہبی رہنماؤں، دانشوروں اور نمائندہ شخصیات نے شرکت کی۔ اس اجتماع نے مقدس ورثے کے تحفظ اور بین المذاہب ہم آہنگی کے فروغ کے عزم کو اجاگر کیا۔
اپنے افتتاحی خطاب میں لارڈ روک نے معزز مہمانوں کا خیرمقدم کرتے ہوئے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ تاریخی اور مذہبی ورثے کا تحفظ ہم سب کی مشترکہ ذمہ داری ہے، اور اس مقصد کے لیے مختلف کمیونٹیز کے درمیان اتحاد اور تعاون ناگزیر ہے۔
البقیع آرگنائزیشن کی نمائندگی کرتے ہوئے مولانا محبوب مہدی عابدی النجفی نے میزبان اور شرکاء کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ جنت البقیع کی تعمیر نو کا مطالبہ صرف مسلمانوں تک محدود نہیں بلکہ یہ انسانی وقار، تاریخ اور مشترکہ اقدار سے جڑا ہوا ایک عالمی مسئلہ ہے۔
کانفرنس میں شریک مقررین میں مولانا علی رضا رضوی، مولانا شیخ محمد حلی، آرچ بشپ اینجلس، پروفیسر سجاد رضوی (یونیورسٹی آف ایکسیٹر)، ریورنڈ اینڈریو تھامسن، سارا لین کاؤٹی، اور سسٹر عالیہ اعظم (نمائندہ الخوئی فاؤنڈیشن لندن) شامل تھے۔
مقررین نے اپنے خطابات میں دنیا بھر کے تاریخی و مذہبی مقامات کے تحفظ کی اہمیت پر زور دیا، خصوصاً جنت البقیع کی باوقار تعمیر نو کی ضرورت کو اجاگر کیا۔ اس مسئلے کو ثقافتی ورثے، انسانی حقوق اور عالمی تعاون کے تناظر میں پیش کیا گیا۔
کانفرنس کی نظامت شکاگو سے آئے ہوئے البقیع آرگنائزیشن کے نمائندے جناب کمیل رضوی نے نہایت احسن انداز میں انجام دی۔
یہ تاریخی اجتماع بین المذاہب تعاون، مثبت مکالمے، اور مقدس مقامات کے تحفظ کے لیے ایک عالمی پلیٹ فارم کے قیام کی تجدیدِ عزم کے ساتھ اختتام پذیر ہوا۔

शेतकऱ्यांच्या हितासाठी मा. गृहमंत्री दिलीप वळसे-पाटील यांनी केलेल्या प्रामाणिक प्रयत्नांना यश

पुणे:मंगेश हरिश्चंद्र फदाले :शिरूर तालुक्यातील जातेगाव खु. येथे नवीन ३३/२२ के.व्ही. विद्युत उपकेंद्रासाठी माजी गृहमंत्री दिलीप वळसे-पाटील यांनी केलेल्या पाठपुराव्याला अखेर यश आले आहे. जातेगाव खु. परिसरातील जनतेच्या अनेक वर्षांच्या मागणीची दखल घेऊन प्रशासनाने या नवीन उपकेंद्रास मान्यता दिली असून, त्यासाठी ११ कोटी ११ लाख रुपयांच्या निधीची तरतूद करण्यात आली आहे.
या उपकेंद्रांतर्गत ३३ केव्ही आणि २२ केव्हीच्या स्वतंत्र एचटी लाईन्सचे जाळे विस्तारले जाणार असल्याने परिसरातील वीज वितरण व्यवस्था अधिक सक्षम होईल. तसेच, हे उपकेंद्र आधुनिक अशा 'सबस्टेशन मॉनिटरिंग सिस्टम' ने सुसज्ज असणार आहे. यामुळे जातेगाव आणि परिसरातील वीजपुरवठ्यातील तांत्रिक बिघाड आणि कमी दाबाने मिळणाऱ्या विजेचा प्रश्न कायमस्वरूपी सुटेल, असा मला विश्वास असल्याची प्रतिक्रिया माजी गृहमंत्री आणि आंबेगाव-शिरूर चे आमदार दिलीप वळसे-पाटील यांनी व्यक्त केली.

_रोज़री स्कूल, मुंब्रा में अभिभावक–बच्चा कार्यशाला का सफल आयोजन_

मुंब्रा :रोज़री प्री प्राइमरी स्कूल, मुंब्रा में “क्रिएटिव हैंड्स, कलरफुल माइंड्स” के अंतर्गत अभिभावक–बच्चा संयुक्त रूमाल रंगाई कार्यशाला का सफल आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में विद्यार्थियों और उनके अभिभावकों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया।

कार्यशाला का संचालन विशेषज्ञ माधवी पटवर्धन एवं निलेश क्षीरसागर द्वारा किया गया, जो Pidilite Industries (फेविक्रिल) से जुड़े हुए हैं। उन्होंने प्रतिभागियों को कपड़े पर रंगाई की आधुनिक तकनीकों और आकर्षक डिज़ाइन बनाने के तरीके सिखाए।

इस कार्यक्रम में 60 से अधिक विद्यार्थियों और उनके अभिभावकों ने भाग लिया, जिससे विद्यालय का वातावरण रंगों, उत्साह और रचनात्मकता से भर गया। इस कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य बच्चों में सृजनात्मकता को बढ़ावा देना और अभिभावकों व बच्चों के बीच संबंधों को और मजबूत करना था।

विद्यार्थियों ने अपने अभिभावकों के साथ मिलकर रूमालों पर सुंदर रंग और आकर्षक डिज़ाइन बनाए। इस गतिविधि ने न केवल उनकी रचनात्मक क्षमता को निखारा, बल्कि उनके सूक्ष्म मोटर कौशल और आत्मविश्वास को भी बढ़ाया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रतिभागियों के चेहरों पर दिखाई देने वाली खुशी इस आयोजन की सफलता का प्रमाण थी।

विद्यालय प्रबंधन ने विशेषज्ञों और अभिभावकों का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि इस प्रकार की गतिविधियाँ बच्चों के सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण हैं।

Mumbai: With the objective of developing trained and capable manpower for the cooperative, marketing, and agri-business sectors, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Agri-Business undergraduate course will be launched at the National Institute of Post-Harvest Technology (NIPHT) in Pune. The course has been approved by the Tribhuvan Cooperative University, and admissions for 60 seats will begin from the academic year 2026–27, said Maharashtra Marketing Minister Jaykumar Rawal.

The Marketing Minister was speaking at a review meeting of the NIPHT held at Mantralaya. The meeting was attended by Principal Secretary of Cooperation and Marketing Praveen Darade, Joint Secretary Vijay Lahane, Executive Director of Maharashtra State Agricultural Marketing Board Sanjay Kadam, NIPHT’s Director Milind Akare, MAGNET Project Director Vinayak Kokare, Additional Project Director Dr. Amol Yadav, and other officials.

Shri Rawal said that this new course will help produce trained youth for sectors such as cooperation, agri-processing, market management, supply chain, agri-industry, and rural entrepreneurship. There is a growing need for youth with modern management skills in the marketing and cooperative sectors, and NIPHT should provide quality training in line with global technologies. He also instructed that various training programs be conducted throughout the year.
The Tribhuvan Cooperative University has approved this course for a duration of three years with an intake capacity of 60 students, thereby opening new avenues in agri-business management for students in Maharashtra.

*Institute to be Developed as a World-Class Training Centre*

On this occasion, the Marketing Minister also
directed that the NIPHT be developed into a world-class training centre. A detailed development plan should be prepared through the Asian Development Bank, and short-term courses related to agri-business should be introduced while upgrading institutional facilities,he said. Shri Rawal also said that women from self-help groups in the state will be roped in processing industries to enhance the value addition of agricultural produce.
He also stated that seminars should be organized with the participation of experts from the agriculture sector, and that special training programs should be conducted in view of the growing demand in the seed production sector. The Marketing Minister further assured that the government will extend all necessary support for the expansion of the institute and the enhancement of its facilities.
