Rant:

I'm clearing this up. A couple months ago, this was brought up and I was labelled toxic. The thing that I haven't shared is that... I'm not comfortable sharing where I live because of the discrimination I have faced irl due to the same. I've never really had more than two friends, one of whom is my boyfriend. So you could say I'm not really the most social person out there. I keep to myself just because everyone who befriends me leaves me hurting in ways more than just severing ties. This community that I have here is probably the warmest, friendlist one I have ever known, and maybe that's why I love making gifts for everyone. But there's a limit to that, as well. Sometimes, I just don't feel it in me to edit anything and receiving a lot of requests feels like letting down people. I'm sorry if that happens.

There are many of you who wish to know where I live, but I decline everybody for this reason. Only a handful of people, the ones who are really close to me and whom I trust the most know where I live (which is basically two other people online excluding my boyfriend). So I'll truly appreciate it if questions seeking about where I live die down a little.

As for the “hate retaliation posts” that you see in my pinterest... They're all results of bottling up my fear. I hate how people think you're vulnerable just because of your ethnicity and opinions and use that as an excuse to bully and harass you. I never hated anybody. I never hated a fictional character. I might not be of strong opinion regarding a series or a character, but isn't it just human? Why should somebody be hated for preferring something else over the “general opinion”? I'm not saying what I did was right or defending myself about it, but is it actually acceptable of you to hate a real human being just because she doesn't prefer your favourite fictional character? Dealing with online and offline bullies just pushed me to the point where I fell sick for over a week. I don't think I can withstand falling sick again or watching my family and my boyfriend worry about me. My family doesn't know about this YouTube channel. The only person who does is Walker, and he almost asked me to drop everything — editing, the Amourshipping and XY he introduced me to — just for my health.

That's when I decided to quit, but all the love from you guys is just too much for me to say good-bye to. There are so many of you who discover new songs through my edits, start liking pokémon, Amourshipping, Serena. Who look forward to this little efforts by some stranger girl. All those comments really warm my heart and make it impossible for me to stop doing this. To stop spreading love and smiles. That's why I've taken the decision to continue, but I'll not be as active as before. I'll probably take a lot of breaks whenever it feels overwhelming. Might not reply to everyone or just disappear until my social battery is charged. Might post an AMV every week or two, an edit or so. It's just a collective decision that Walker helped me take. Something that benefits everyone. I hope everybody supports me in this decision.

I've dropped everything atp. I'm just editing my favourite ships, my favourite songs, my favourite characters and if at all I edit any new character, it's a tribute or a gift to somebody I love. I have a couple of friends of differing opinions too and we get along pretty well. Tl;dr I just wish to be a peaceful amourshipper. I don't want any posts or videos that indirectly target me. Not saying that there are such videos/posts made, but just a request to leave me out of these shipping wars. The only time I comment on any of my fellow editors' posts is when they need emotional support or are in the wrong. Other than that, I have nothing to do with immature shipping/character wars. I love my friends, all of you guys, and will always continue to support you whenever need be. 🫶🏼

‪@PokebeggedShipping‬​​​​ this is also what I advise you. You're a great editor, you really are, so use that potential to make edits on your favourites rather than fighting toxicity. We cannot win against toxicity using toxicity. We may be called cowards for not replying, but the real word to be used here is peace-loving. Not cowards, rather people who prefer peace, their own mental health and who respect opinions. I love you loads. You're my first brother here, and I honestly didn't like seeing you hurt. 🫶🏼
