The Lotus Sutra Lab

Life is an accumulation of each moment of experience. If you can live even one moment of becoming a buddha-like person in your life and gradually extends that moment, your life will be more meaningful and rewarding. The key is to prioritize the perspectives of the other and forget about your own perspectives especially when others are in need of something. This is a practical application of the buddhist teaching of "no-self" qua a path to universal buddhahood as elaborated in the Lotus Sutra.

What would the bird's-eye picture of ALL essential Buddhist terms to understand the Lotus Sutra look like? The attached pictures are my answer! Intending to show how these terms hang together in my future post or YouTube video. Would you be interested?

Which thumbnail is best for my upcoming video, "Lotus Sutra Chapter 17: What Happens When You Embrace Buddha's Eternal Life?" All thumbnails say, "You are a buddha expressed as you."

How's your learning and practice of the Lotus Sutra going today? Just found a Buddhist related object at a local discount store (though I didn't purchase it). It's nice to see Buddhist aspects that are found in people's ordinary life in Chicago. Do you see these products in your local area?

The process of achieving your awakening is like a process of gathering pieces and organizing a jigsaw puzzle. Life is suffering means that life is jigsaw-puzzle. 🧩 There is no realization of your goal apart from cherishing each step of your non-goal moments of your process. But each step in the process is how your goal is in fact gradually fulfilled. The goal is realized not in the future but in the process of the present moment. Good luck on your goals that start and end with the present process! Life is the present process of your Buddhahood.

Would you be interested in taking a non-free 3 months long online course (biweekly Lotus Sutra lectures/discussions + one-on-one coaching sessions) with me? The course objective is to learn the storyline, core concepts and symbolism in the LS and deepen your understanding of them through coaching sessions where you and I discuss how to apply them to your life situations that you want to make more meaningful.
