Hey HERO fam, it's D-Time. Over the past 3 months, so much has happened that has impacted my personal life & livelihood negatively. First, my original Facebook account & D-Time Exclusives page were both compromised back around Thanksgiving time last year and I haven't been able to recover it since. Second, while I was just starting to get things recovered in my personal life, my belongings catch fire and was destroyed via water damage including my clothes, shoes, documents, equipment, and Yu-Gi-Oh cards. My life has been very difficult to recover from than it already was ever since, and my main focus has just been to get back to where I was. It's been a very tough time for me. My entire livelihood has been flipped on it's head completely, and I've been doing all I can to stay above water.
As for the D-Time merch that's owed to my fans and customers. Firstly, I apologize for not delivering as expected. Everything was supposed to be sent out that very November that the fire happened, as I was just beginning to get settled into this then newer apartment. Everything has already been paid to the supplier, and all the products have already been made. Fortunately, due to my personal circumstances, none of the goods had been sent to me, because I wanted to first make sure I was in a stable living situation, which has been and still is currently difficult for me to maintain for the short term and time being. So the plan is definitely to get things back in motion, and product out to everyone and make things right.
Currently, my main priority is simply to get back stable so that I can return to the meta, attend events, and to take back my name and focus as D-Time once again. Rebuild everything I've worked so hard to do from scratch all over again. I'm just gonna need a bit longer than expected. And again, I apologize to all those I let down who've been expecting their product much sooner and going without an answer of my whereabouts both in general and in regards to their order.
I'm sorry to everyone who's made an order and have gone unanswered, you deserved better. I will absolutely make things right only after I can get back on my feet, I'm completely back to square one (no pun intended), I've lost everything. I'm currently in the middle of starting my life completely over and it's extremely difficult.
I promise I am going to fix not only my life, but also these orders, refunds, and to back to some good old Yu-Gi-Oh action. I'm trying guys.
