Late 40s Norton ... long stroke engine and the frame before well known "featherbed". This is one of the few early Manx bikes I see...most often I come across originals from the late 50s or modern replicas. I'm glad to see them all. Have a very good time!

Hello everyone!
This morning I published the fifth installment of the "Classic Racing Sidecars" series ... for fans and followers of this type of sports activity, a enjoyable 15 minutes of fun.

All parts of this episode were filmed in May last year at the Grobnik racetrack, near the city of Rijeka in Croatia. That weekend, there was an extremely interesting classic racing event called "Adria Race", organized by the Austrian club/association IGFC.
Regular followers of this series will recognize some of the sidecars, and perhaps some of the participants... this is a pretty strong community that I've been following for a few years and I'm loving them all.
Enjoy it in every way!

I mentioned sports... and this was indeed a sporting activity back in the day. Does sidecar racing still count as a "sporting activity" or has it all moved into some other sphere or another domain?
