I’ve gone back and forth on this for a long time, and anyone who’s followed me online knows that. I’ve never taken the idea of using medication for weight loss lightly. I’ve prayed on it, researched it, questioned myself, and tried to push through on my own more times than I can count. Social media has seen every version of my struggle over the years, from the highs to the lows to the moments I could barely admit out loud. This decision is big for me, bigger than I can even put into words, but I’ve finally made it. I’m going to do it. I’m giving myself permission to try something new, something that I hope will finally give me the breakthrough I’ve been asking God for. If you want to walk this journey with me, stay close, because I’m taking you with me every step of the way.

Thanksgiving break was much needed! I miss Kentral so much and loved having him home! This was our first Thanksgiving in the new house and it was absolutely PERFECT!! I worked every day in November up until Thanksgiving (even on thanksgiving day), so I am taking a MUCH NEEDED break in December. I will be posting short form content daily on my Facebook, instagram, and TikTok if you want to see what I’m up to. I’ll also still be posting a few videos here in December, but I’m not planning to post any new vlogs until the New Year.
