Hey guys! Part 3 of the Gemmy Leatherface Restoration was going to be about the motherboard repair. However, I ended up giving it to someone since I'm inexperienced with motherboards! Part 3 will only be a short summary of the major things that are fixed! I am on a time crunch since my summer semester is about to end, and I'll be on vacation in August! I will try my hardest to make part 3 have enough information on what I've done👻
I had some technical issues when I transferred the video to YouTube😬 The file started glitching out, so I had to redo the transfer again. Hopefully, it doesn't glitch out again🙏🏻
New chainsaw came in for Bubba! I'm going to miss his original chainsaw, but it's completely ruined, and I would rather give him a "shiny" appearance as if he was brand new from 2006! The repair will take all weekend, and the video will probably be out by next week! Stay tuned, everyone👻
Here's the photos of the gears that need to be replaced. Slide 1 is the head turn gears! There are two gears bent so badly that it causes the gears to lock up. Slide 2 is the body turn gears! One of the gears has a broken tooth while the other has a hairline crack! Past slide 2 shows the damages from the body turn! I wasn't able to take a picture of the head turn gears... I'll try and showcase the bent gears!

Just bought the Harvester from a very amazing eBay seller! This is a 2011 model of this animatronic. Although this is a very unique item, the animatronic has some issues due to its age. The major one was the head support broke off, which is shown on slide 2, and the sync is broken as well. I will be posting updates of the item and later on a video of it working!
