We want to give a major shoutout to Sol C. Johnson High School “Symphony of Soul” for pulling up and showing real community spirit at the Greater Gaines Chapel AME Church - Savannah Founders Day Block Party.
The students came ready, represented their school with pride, and most importantly—had fun the right way. No fights. No issues. No nonsense. Just music, laughter, and young people enjoying the moment together. That matters.
This is a reminder that when students are given space, trust, and positive environments, they rise to the occasion. We’re proud of these kids, proud of how they carried themselves, and grateful they helped make the day one to remember.
Salute to the directors, chaperones, and families behind the scenes—this is what leadership and community partnership look like. 👏🏽

The Mighty Marching Bulldogs of Alfred Ely Beach High School were honored to celebrate alongside Greater Gaines Chapel AME Church for their Founders Day Block Party. Being welcomed into a space that values history, faith, and community means everything to us.
Shoutout to the church leadership and members for the warm hospitality, the amazing food, and for creating a space where our students could represent A.E. Beach with pride. Events like this remind our scholars that what they do matters—and that our community is always watching, supporting, and cheering them on.
We were proud to stand alongside Johnson High School and share the block with so much talent and joy. Thank you again for having us—this is what community partnership looks like.
