hey all! Glad you're enjoying the Frieren watch alongs here on youtube. So glad we've gotten it to work out even with these super cut downs. I wanted to let you know that after frieren I start to "watch" episodes vs "analyze" episodes. Especially with Gundam and later episodes of Gurren Lagann (which will be coming next) so I just want to temper your expectations in advance. Gurren Lagann and Frieren made me VERY into anime so I stop looking at them as pieces to talk about and shift to pieces to enjoy. :)

man. episode 12 of Gundam: The Witch From Mercury left me slackjawed. God, I LOVE this anime. I haven't freaked out over something like this in a while. Easily one of my favorite things ive watched in a long time. Speechless! Mind you this is my first taste of Gundam too. So excited to eventually hop on 86 and iron blooded orphans.

We’re working through frieren episodes now finally with consistency. Just know that I’m doing my very best to make sure the episodes are enjoyable to watch - obviously things get blocked if they’re left super raw so there’s a lot of editing on the backend.

I know this might detract from your viewing experience but it’s pretty much all I can work with rn - the latest episode of frieren was blocked 3 times before I chopped it even further. So, I do ask for your patience. Obviously full episodes of everything are on Patreon but I made a promise to edit these down and bring them to this channel.

Okay ya, violet evergarden is insanely well made. Music is sumptuous. a cutdown will come to youtube eventually.

My goal here is to upload Frieren twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays and in between I'll be dropping stuff (probably from anime im watching) sporadically. This week I hope to drop a breakdown chat about the Frieren Closing and Witch from Mercury (on ep 11 of this).

Okay I tried to upload my frieren watch along and it was instantly blocked. Will try again with some adjustments - filmed a bunch of vids today (about 5) will def trickle a few every month. Hey guys,
first off. Just finished Frieren for patreon. Well, you can see how that went. Full collection of Frieren is there for you.

second off, I know there hasn't been any uploads. The main channel has stolen a ton of priority but don't worry I think about this channel every day. We've had some editing issues just because my editor for this channel is swamped and cant edit anymore so I'm trying to figure out how to bring you these cut versions of Frieren and also just the videos in general just because I'm stretched pretty thin right now!

My hope is to get back to this in earnest soon - but i think most of you know this was always my fun side experiment rather than a main commitment. Still really bummed the channel cant be monetized.

Next up I'll be watching Gurren Lagann per many requests and apothecary diaries (i think). I'm keen on violet evergarden as well since I absolutely adore the music of Evan Call.

I've also been reading Demon Slayer! I am HOOKED!
