Vida, the EV arm of Hero MotoCorp, has launched the Dirt.E K3 in India, a size-adjustable electric dirt bike designed for young riders aged 3 to 10. It enters the market at an introductory price of ₹69,990 for the first 300 customers. The model uses an adjustable chassis with three height configurations, allowing the bike to adapt as children grow, while keeping overall weight low for easier handling.

The Dirt.E K3 is powered by a compact electric motor and a removable lithium-ion battery that can be charged at home. It includes multiple riding modes with speed caps suited for beginners, along with safety-oriented features such as removable footpegs, a magnetic kill switch and impact-cushioning elements. Optional accessories include additional braking hardware, suspension upgrades and larger wheels for progression.

The 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLB has been revealed with a larger footprint, updated design, and the option of both electric and hybrid powertrains. The EV range includes the GLB 250+ and GLB 350 4MATIC, both built on the new MMA platform with 800-volt architecture. The 85-kWh battery enables up to 631 km (WLTP) in the 250+ and 614 km in the 350 4MATIC, while DC fast charging supports up to 320 kW. The hybrid variant adds 48-volt tech and an integrated electric motor for improved efficiency.

Inside, the GLB gains a roomier cabin thanks to a longer wheelbase and higher roofline, with seating options for five or seven. Mercedes has reworked second-row comfort, improved access to the third row, and added a larger panoramic roof as standard. New tech additions include the optional MBUX Superscreen, MB.DRIVE driver assistance systems, eight cameras, multiple sensors and support for future OTA updates.

Design changes include a revised upright front, new lighting signatures, and an illuminated grille with animated LED elements on EV versions. With more space, updated tech, and expanded powertrain options, the new GLB positions itself for a wider global rollout, with more details on market-specific availability expected soon.

TOYOTA GAZOO Racing has revealed two new prototypes at their world premiere — the GR GT and the GR GT3. Both models showcase under-development technology built around three core goals: a low centre of gravity, reduced weight with high rigidity, and advanced aerodynamic performance. The GR GT is positioned as a road-legal flagship sports car, while the GR GT3 is its FIA GT3-spec customer race car counterpart.

Both models introduce Toyota’s first all-aluminium body frame and a newly developed 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbo engine, with a hybrid system in the GR GT targeting over 650 PS and 850 Nm. Development has focused on lowering the driver’s seating position, optimising drivetrain placement, and shaping the exterior around aerodynamics first, followed by design. Professional drivers, engineers and the “Morizo” development team worked collectively from concept to testing, drawing heavily from motorsport learnings at circuits like Fuji and the Nürburgring.

Toyota positions these new performance flagships as the spiritual successors to the 2000GT and LFA, while also passing on LFA-era engineering knowledge to a new generation. Both the GR GT and GR GT3 continue development toward an expected launch around 2027, with further technical details to be shared over time.
