Ok so I did some digging and I found out why vel is a doll. There were many reasons but I only remember one so.... A lot of people ask how did velvette go down to hell and die. My answer is as we know in episode 8 of hazbin hotel season 2 she has doll joints. You can see that as she dies to Nifty. I think Velvette treated everyone like trash or like a doll she would use everyone, take advantage, play them out, etc one day, I think someone got sick of her and assassinated her leaving her to hell.
