'अप्प दीपो भव' अर्थात अपना प्रकाश स्वयं बनो, ये सिद्धांत बुद्ध ने दिया और बाबा साहेब ने बार बार दोहराया, बाबा साहेब ने ये सिद्धांत अपने ऊपर लागु भी किया और वो न सिर्फ अपने लिए दीपक बने बल्कि पुरे विश्व के लिए दीपक बने, विश्व में सिम्ब्ल ऑफ़ दी नॉलेज, ज्ञान के प्रतीक के रूप में अपनी पहचान बनायीं। बहुजनो की ये शिकायत हमेसा रही हे की तथा कथित स्वर्ण उनके मुद्दे नहीं उठाते बहुजनो के मुद्दों पर चर्चा नहीं करते, हमे ये समझना चाहिए की स्वर्णो ने जो कुछ भी बनाया है फिर वो चाहे जैसे भी बनाया हो उन्होंने खुद के लिए बनाया हे वो बहुजनो के लिए नहीं है, बहुजनो को हर छेत्र में खुद को स्थापित करना सीखना चाहिए और उसके लिए सघर्ष करना चाहिए।
बहुजन साहित्य के यूट्यूब चैनल द्वारा में एक छोटी सी पहले कर रहा हूँ, जहा हमारी कोसिस ये रहेगी की बहुजन लेखकों द्वारा लिखी किताबो और बहुजन मुद्दों पर केंद्रित किताबो पर चर्चा की जा सके और ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगो तक बहुजन साहित्य पहुंचाया जा सके, आशा करता हूँ आप मेरे इस काम में मेरा साथ देंगे।
