A while back i did a video reaction to that obscure anime California Crisis, i can now say that i actually own the physical vhs tape. I won it in a Japanese auction, this is incredibly rare. The case is in decent shape considering and the tape itself is pristine.

Scopedogs are powered by a substance called Polymer Ringer Liquid. Its odor is so strong it will burn your nostrils and you'll be lightheaded from a small dose. In Pailsen Files a massive tank of PRL explodes and what follows is terrifying. The explosion generates enough gas to travel up into the thermosphere, cutting off sunlight from the planet. This generates cold masses on the planet with the arctic poles generating -200 degrees below zero cold air currents. This screencap shows the aftermath of the explosion.
