I made a mistake and bought some bbq sauce that was waaay too sweet. So I used it and a bunch of spices to cook some short ribs. Yum.
And then I turned the short rib bones and so.e other beef bones into eight pints of delicious beef stock.
No idea what I will make with them, bit it will he delicious!

The video about Intro to Fabrics is context for future videos about mending and sewing. I realized I needed it, because every time I started to explain mending, I fell back on to basic sewist jargon that many people might not know.
