a space of remembrance, healing and inner truth.
Today I open a gentle space for questions and answers from the heart.
Not from pressure, not from logic alone… but from feeling, energy and inner knowing.
Take a deep breath with me… and arrive in this moment.
🌿 Question 1: How can I start healing my body naturally?
Healing begins with connection, not control.
Your body is not something to fight against… it is something to listen to.
Start with presence.
Start with softness.
Start with trusting that your body is always communicating with you.
Small steps are enough.
Gentle awareness is enough.
🌿 Question 2: What does it mean when I feel blocked or stuck?
A feeling of being blocked is often not an end…
it is energy asking to be seen.
Nothing in you is wrong.
Nothing is broken.
Sometimes energy simply needs space, awareness, and patience to move again.
You don’t force it… you allow it.
🌿 Question 3: How do I reconnect with myself again?
Come back to simplicity.
To breath.
To silence.
To nature.
You don’t need to become someone new…
you are returning to who you already are.
Connection is not outside of you.
It is the space you return to within yourself.
🌿 Question 4: Is everything already inside of me?
Yes…
nothing is missing.
Everything you are searching for outside…
is already within you as potential, memory and truth.
You are not becoming whole…
