International Confederation of Midwives (ICM)
The International Confederation of Midwives (ICM) is a membership organisation with 108 Member Associations in 98 countries. We work with our midwifery associations and with midwives around the world to secure women's right and access to midwifery care before, during and after childbirth. We work alongside UN agencies and other partners to help reduce the numbers of mothers and babies who die in and around childbirth.
