Disabled Metal Detecting and Rambling Adventures

My wife and I love the outdoors, I am a metal detectorist, my wife loves photography. We like walking and exploring, historic places, stately homes, ruined abbeys etc. After suffering a severe adverse reaction to Ciprofloxacin given for an infection I didn't have, I am now disabled. This antibiotic is toxic to some people it attacks soft tissue, tendons, muscles, cartilage. It's left me with peripheral neuropathy in both legs, severe osteoarthritis in my knees and shoulders from cartilage degeneration Bursitis and Tendonitis and in chronic musculoskeletal pain all over of my body. My wife is a member of Fluoroquinolone Toxicity UK. After sitting in the house for six months I decided to try and get some semblance of life back. We bought a second hand powerchair, a 4X4 magic mobility extreme X8, and a WAV. We are going to film some of our outings and metal detecting adventures. We will look at parking, accessibility and pricing. Please subscribe we would really appreciate it.

Disabled Metal Detecting and Rambling Adventures

What do you consider your best find? And what is top of your bucket list? As you know Jon has been detecting forever, but I have only been doing it with him for 2 years. My favourite find in that 2 years has got to be a hawking whistle - it is complete and when we got it home and washed it out, it still whistled. Top of my bucket list is a crotal bell, I would just love to find a complete one, I think they are lovely :-)
