Key Objectives

✅ Encourage respectful dressing in public institutions

✅ Preserve cultural values while respecting individual freedoms

✅ Create family-friendly environments in public places

Proposed Measures

1. Public Decency Guidelines

Encourage clothing standards appropriate to public spaces such as:

🏫 Schools

🏛 Government offices

🏥 Hospitals

🚇 Public transport

🏢 Workplaces

2. Equal Standards for All

These guidelines shall apply equally to:

👨 Men

👩 Women

without discrimination.

3. Awareness Campaign

Launch nationwide campaigns promoting:

🤝 Respect

🎭 Cultural awareness

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family values

🏛 Responsible citizenship

4. Institutional Dress Codes

Schools, colleges, workplaces and government institutions may adopt reasonable dress standards suitable for their environment.
