Dropped off and gained 5lbs. I will not beat myself up about it. Just getting back to it and already feeling better. I use the LOSE IT app to log meals and workouts. I don't think it is 100% accurate because I am not actually weighing my food, but it is a good guage of where I need to be for calorie count at the end of the day.

What I am Doing:
Walking - incline 3, 30min, 3mph
Weight Lifting - using DejaFit workouts on YouTube
Infrared sauna - 20min

May add the stairmaster in week 3.
