We’re a couple documenting our journey from a “normal life” to full-time travel.

Right now, we’re converting our Ram Promaster into the ultimate off-grid camper van, complete with solar power, full water system, and custom storage. We share every step: what works, what fails, and the lessons we learn along the way so you can build your dream van too.

Once the build is done, we’ll hit the road across the U.S. and beyond- exploring national parks, finding hidden gems, and living vanlife with a dog while we search for our future home base.

We finally tackled one of the biggest parts of the van build- the fresh water system. This is the heart of off-grid life, and honestly… it turned out way better than we imagined.

In the video we show:
• How we designed a simple but reliable off-grid water setup
• The full plumbing layout (tanks, pump, filters, the whole thing)
• Smart little tweaks that save space and make the system easier to use on the road

This October we’re challenging ourselves to post a new YouTube Short every weekday — little snapshots of our vanlife, adventures on the road, and daily moments with Sarah, Dave, Chasey & friends!

This week’s episode got a little… smoky 🔥😅 (my poor Ryobi drill almost didn’t make it).
We finally finished the bed platform + under-bed drawers, and even Stinky Chasey 🐶 tried to “help” in her own way.

Every step feels like we’re one inch closer to van life ✨
