Last one. Wild Waters shader. Good for Oceans, Rivers, Lakes. For max realism consider scene scaling and use on deformed geometry.

I included some instruction on how to balance between details (caustics) and render speeds in product description. Experiment!

Another procedural shader for C4D octane. Sand this time.

This is the shader I made for one of my projects, it doesn't need any textures, just internal C4D resources and Octane. Since it's procedural it is absolutely seamless and will help you to create realistic looking snow covered surfaces.

Perfect for close-ups, medium, and master shots. I wouldn't recommend it for general shots (Big landscapes) as there is no point in such details in that kind of shots.

Having a lot of machines to work with means some sort of naming rules in order to be able to recognise them in the network. I’m naming our machines after planets in #starwars universe 😄 But! Just naming is not enough. I’ll place stickers on each one. I created different Star Wars planets “icons” using different sources from internet to drive the colors and set the “character” of each planet.
All planets in my Instagram post: instagram.com/p/BnhDukWjeSm/
In order of appearance:

1. #Coruscant - my biggest render unit (12x1080Ti) and the capital of The Republic.

2. #Dathomir - my main workstation (1xGTX1070, 3x1080Ti) and the homeplanet of Darth Maul, the first ever character I’ve seen related to Star Wars.

3. #Mandalore - second workstation/render unit (3xGTX1080) - home planet of Jango Fett (Bobba Fetts father).

4. #Dantooine - Render unit (4xGTX1080) Rebelion remote hideout.

5. #Dagobah - My home workstation which I’m using remotely whenever all other units are busy rendering (2x2080Ti coming). Dagobah is a remote swamp world chosen by the Jedi Master Yoda when he exiled himself.

As I will build more machines I’ll create more icons. Apart from that I’m decorating main units with collectible figures, surely will do a vlog about it. How nerdy am I? 🤓😂 #gpu #rendering #vfx #cg #graphics #production #studio

Hey peeps.

Quite busy lately. Few updates: knowledge is coming your way, will publish it ASAP.
Meanwhile, I dug out some old references of mine and decided to turn them into a texture pack. A pack of 13 High-Resolution wooden decks textures. Up to 26K resolution. Ideal for close-ups. Also suitable for those who are looking for a bit of variety in their wooden constructions (fences, tables, buildings).

The scene with Octane Optimised materials included. Previews rendered with Octane V4 128 samples + Denoiser.
