malama Kyogoku
This is a channel where I upload my ukulele performance videos.
I usually support live performances, work in the studio, and give ukulele/guitar lessons.
The word "malama" means "moonlight" in Hawaiian.
When I played "Clair de lune" by Claude Debussy, which is in my repertoire, during the waiting time of an event inviting Kumu Hula, my hula master (Kumu Hula) was very moved by it and gave me "malama" as my Hawaiian name.
