It's been a while!
I've been through a lot of things recently! (Also some pretty bad stuff on the personal resource side, but I'm recovering as best I can ^^ )
Let’s say I was pretty much doing scuba diving inside MK1’s assets... and oh boy, I think I'm starting to understand the complexity of these Unreal Engine 4 projects... It’s an over-engineered locked-in mess xD (for real). What I ended up doing is creating a small system that can help modders implement arenas... and easily toy with the VS zone location in Blender -- without breaking their heads trying to rotate and transform meshes inside Unreal Engine :)
I'm being technical already. Let's break it down to simplicity: I actually ripped an Unreal Tournament 99 arena to import the asset into Mortal Kombat 1... you can literally do that for every single one of them because of Unreal Editor 2.2 (Unreal Engine 1) and its ability to export whole arenas as Blender-compatible object assets.
❓So why UT99? Too many reasons, and all standing up pretty well. It's a brutal tournament just like Mortal Kombat is. Original games come from the same era and share a common spirit. And it's one of my first games back in the day :)
🌐 Besides, Midway (OG Mortal Kombat creators) were publishers of UT3 and Unreal Championship 2. I've got an old motto: "It's not random guys, never :)". UT belongs to Epic Games*
🔶Also, I tried implementing a modified sound .bnk (with custom edited musical loops - intros / rounds / finisher / end) of a music edit that I'll share on the channel alongside the next videos.
Yeah, I mean, it's going to be SuperFist xD : Necto Ulin's piece, Originally composed by Alexander Brandon... Edited by me + some extras).
⚠️The issue that kept me from implementing it alongside the stage: .bnk files are resources that you need to manage with Wwise Audiokinetic. You just can't shoot that into the game as a replacement asset and hope it works correctly, because sounds are tied to events... and if your loop is too short / too long compared to the original length, it's either going to be cut or leave blank audio before restarting the track. Let's hope I'll help save some time for modders here ^^.
↘️Simply put... it will work... but not as intended :)
Yep, I've been that far - it would have been a crazy experience :)
I haven't forgotten about the current MK11 work on the way!
🎯To cut short, these are my current objectives:
➡️ Completing & uploading MK11: 4 new re-editions
➡️ Making the Blue Palette available for download (originally "Nation Of Edenia")
➡️ Making the stage replacer of Hanging Gardens → DM-HealPod][ available
➡️ Creating a tutorial and sharing the tools required for easy implementation - from ripped arenas to baking them into the game the efficient way. Konan God can help a lot, but I'll display more specific technical information there (there are a lot of small details you have to be aware of)
That's why I was not very active recently. This stuff is energy-depleting to the point where you're slapping your face like: "Why is it soooo complicated??" xD
Keeping you posted as usual!
Have a great end of week-end!

Heyy All!
🆙🟡Sunday 04.12 : Ok, been sometime since my last update. I pretty much finished the work I was on for 2 weeks now. I've got some news and I'll share them this Sunday :)
🆙🔚
Got some interesting news!
Alongside the current MK11 re-edition work, I’ve been digging into Injustice: Gods Among Us over the last two days. I had already tried to get into it last year, but I couldn’t find a reliable way to access the music files, so I passed and focused on RE4 Remake instead (May 2024).
This time, with some help on the hex-analysis side (I’m not exactly a hex-offset wizard :) ), I finally managed to extract the stage tracks from Injustice 1. There’s no existing practical tool (to my knowledge) to perform this extraction, so I had to build my own solution for it.
Since the game uses FMOD / FSB5, the raw audio can sound a bit sparkly / crunchy when played outside the engine. Vgmstream doesn’t decode things the same way as in-game. But with a bit of audio post-processing, it’s totally possible to clean that up and get something nicer. I’ve already been working on that part too.
This sparkly issue is actually noticeable in the Khinsider version, which most people based their work on. I don’t think many have really tapped into Injustice 1’s soundtrack so far, the second game being more popular.
I haven’t scheduled any specific work on the Injustice 1 soundtrack yet, but at least the main technical issue is solved 😎
So now, back to my original task: resuming my current MK11 re-editions :)
Keeping you posted!
Have a great W.E! 🎉

Hey guys! 🌐
A quick post (I mean, before the tracker) — wow, that’s a sight! 😆
Just sharing that I’ve added a second custom cross-universe playlist dedicated to ambient tracks, named “Night Styles.” 🍵
This playlist works just like Music House, but focuses on atmospheric and relaxing music — expect a few rotations from time to time.
▶️ Playlist available here:
www.youtube.com/playlist?list...
🛠️ I’ve also made a few small updates on the homepage to improve readability and overall content organization.
🎧 I’ll be back soon, working on November’s Kontent — keeping you posted!
Have a great W.E!
🆕 Bonus:
In this "Night Styles ♫" redux visual for CP , here’s a concept art render of:
Sindel — Nation of Edenia: Order of Light outfit (right).
I’ve already completed the palette in-game a few weeks ago, but I like using concept arts as artistic vectors — perfect for mind travelling and maintaining cohesion within the universe. 😉

…And Hello Community!
💠So! How’s this new Age of Empires II: Chronicles soundtrack going? Pretty impressive, eh? 😉
It really reminds me of those Panavision-style epic scores. The music team truly nailed it -- Great Quality Work from Them!
✏️ About the track titles: they’re not official.
I was kind of busy with the music editing and writing process (for the extended civ themes) during the week of the game’s release.
That’s also why I had some delays -- besides, I was mastering the audio to reduce possible click / cuts effects.
So, about the tracks: I named them after analyzing the musical structure and thematic elements, while also doing some historical check-ups.
At times, some tracks sound almost like Roman epics, but I couldn’t really name them in a Roman way. In the end, it’s mostly a guide to help you identify the musical style just by looking at the title.
Always remember: I’m usually dealing with raw audio file names like “584367”.
So discovering new tracks with no name and without any real context isn’t exactly a straightforward process for labeling 😆
📆 I’ll keep working on the AOE II Chronicles project on the music side, pretty sure there’ll be something new coming in 2026.
📌 Now for what’s next -- November schedule:
➡️ Mortal Kombat 11 musical re-editions with 4 stages. Possibly a few Phase III creative edit styles to make along the way.
➡️ Nation of Edenia color palette for MK1 : it’ll be available for download sometime after the next MK11 / MK1 batch.
I’ll showcase a few of them in the upcoming videos -- feels like bringing the channel’s character colors to life :)
🎧 Some Channel updates:
🆙 Sound House playlist title + visual updated to Music House.
🆙 Worked out a render edit for the Age of Empires I Swordsman — one more character joining the channel’s visual team!
As always, keeping you posted.
Goditi la musica and have a great week! 🎉

Hey Hey! ♫
Sharing some fresh updates with you!
I think I’ve just wrapped up the edits for AOE II Chronicles (Alexander The Great).
I’ve been working on the civilization tracks since last week... and this time, not just editing, but actually composing extra orchestral parts for the extended versions.
- Y-Yep, I can do that 😄-
These (the civs tracks) will be unique versions on the channel, with my own orchestral writing layered into the originals.
Here’s how it goes: the original track plays twice, and on the second pass : it’s backed with my own additional instrumental parts.
I finished tuesday the extra parts for the Purus, and honestly… I’m loving how it turned out, it's a great one, really love the the energy of the thematic 🎻
Next step (already in progress): making a few final musical reviews and checking the track names.
(No extra tweaking, that would take forever 😂)
Video editing won’t take long, I’m going full classical style, simple animation on artwork.
🙏 Apologies for the delay!
There were one or two “uninspired” days where I had to completely rewrite sections.
I almost thought I wouldn’t make it with the Purus… and then ⚡ Flash! Inspiration strikes, and suddenly you’re back writing like crazy 😆
So here we go: three extended civilization themes with my own orchestral touch:
✅ Thracians
✅ Macedonians
✅ Purus
Stay tuned — new content’s on the way!
PS: I’ve seen more listeners on the AOE II Chronicles tracks recently — seems like Alexander’s DLC is a real success!

Hey Guys! Quick message! AOE II Chronicles : Alexander The Great just released!
In music editing sessions!
For now, I think the audio editing will be very minimal (except for the civs, civs will get a P3 mix treatment) : the tracks are already full and complex as they are (did already 1 overall listening), so no need to work out something a little more spicy.
Pretty confident on my original estimations : I should upload the new AOE II tracks between tomorrow and thursday.
Keeping you in the loop!

💠 The Nation of Edenia is Rising!
"Get ready to wear the colors of The Curve of Music inside Mortal Kombat 1.
Four characters have already joined the resistance — fighting to reclaim Edenia’s freedom."
A little immersive backstory that comes with this set:
📖 "Discover how former General Reiko — now Imperator Reiko — and his allies managed to unite other realms to seize the Edenian throne. Learn how a timeline without titans came to exist, how mortals uncovered the truth about alternate timelines, and how they intend to create a device capable of ending titanic power — without ever crossing their physical plane.
Months after the fall of Shao Khan, Edenia’s throne has once again been taken over — this time by a cunning soldier from Shao’s army, aided by his former allies. The Royal Family has been cast out and now seeks to rally new forces to liberate their realm from the grip of the New Imperium." 📖
💠 Oceanic “Nation of Edenia” marks the first chapter in a small series of unofficial story-driven palettes, meant to bring the spirit of the channel into the game.
💠 I’ve completed 7 unique skins, all featuring a mix of deep blue, white, and black.
It’s the opportunity to finally bring a true blue palette into the game, support The Curve of Music’s spirit, and make the channel’s banner characters come to life.
➡️ Now, the real question is: why the heck did I start creating palettes and writing lore? xD
Simple — I just wanted the channel’s colors to exist inside the game and give them a little backstory.
I grew up in a generation of games where colors defined team identity — Warcraft, Age of Empires, Unreal Tournament...
MK1 has color-themed seasons, but aside from the Blood Season and Reptile’s one, most palettes feel a bit... “meh.”
That’s why I wanted to bring something truly distinct — something you can instantly recognize as a real team of characters.
Not forgetting — I’m currently in the video capture process for the next re-edited MK11 tracks:
💠 Bone Temple
💠 Shang’s Island
💠 Dead Pool
💠 Desert Command
Stay tuned — the skins will be released alongside the next MK musical edits! :)

Hey All!
Some updates about the ongoing work.
✅ Good news! I'm already in the first musical reviews of the next MK11 Re-edited tracks, coming in October.
It went faster than expected -- though overall there was less room for sampling isolation, which means harder edits. I thought the audio part would take me another week, but the quicker progress is all for the better!
🎯 I’ve identified at least two potential tracks for music reinforcement (that requires me to write music, but it’ll be done during/after video editing -- which is the next step).
Here’s the list of tracks planned for the next uploads:
💠 Shinnok Bone Temple
💠 Dead Pool
💠 Shang Tsung's Island
💠 Special Forces Desert Command
💡 About Special Forces Desert Command: If everything goes well, this one will probably be the highlight of the batch. Round 2 & 3 -- especially 3 -- were tricky to manipulate in the first review (even trickier than Kronika's tracks), but it’s worth the effort.
__ For readability, I’ll write down the tracker here a bit later.
Keeping you in the loop!
🏆 And cheers to the new MK1 Champion, ScorpionProcs (Chile), for winning the MK1 Final Kombat Championship :)

Hey Everyone! 🎉
🆙[Tracker]🟡27.09 : I'm currently performing the first reviews (checking the track's flows in editing, making it sounds like it's all connected the right way - those tracks are 1 lvl higher in work editing because the thematic is not always a true loop, have to find some workarounds)
📌 Audio part :
✅ Picking the tracks for next batch
✅ Analyzing the tracks structures of the next batch
✅ Organizing / converting the files (Just realized I anticipated the stuff, everything is already ready xD)
✅ Audio Mastering (mostly correcting a bunch of click buzz effects i noticed)
✅ Mixing (Phase 2 in majority, maybe a few P3, depends on my inspiration)
▶️ Musical Reviews
📌Video Part (when Audio Part will be completed)
🟦 Jumping on video editing
📌List of tracks (3 per stages)
💠Shinnok Bone Temple
💠Dead Pool
💠Shang Tsung's Island
💠Special Forces Desert Command
🆙🔚
Quick news with a fresh image edit! I just learned that the next Age of Empires II: Chronicles · Alexander The Great episode will be released on October 14th — great news for all Age of Empires fans!
Since Age of Empires is already on my backlog list, and I mentioned I’d keep a close eye on this one, I’ll be making it a priority as soon as the DLC becomes available. (Even if I don’t know yet what’s inside musically, I’ll check out what’s new.)
In the meantime, I’m still working on a musical arrangement job until Friday at best (or early this weekend if I get stuck with inspiration). After that, I’ll be back on MK11 (most likely this weekend or early next week). I’ll share more details once the editing phase begins! :)
Keeping you posted!

"How to start a post writing something different as introduction?" 📖
Hope you're doing well! First, as you may have noticed, the Mortal Kombat 11 updated editions have been uploaded on the channel over the weekend.
These edits are enhanced versions (Phase 2 style) compared to my first upload back in late 2023 (Phase 1): round 2 & round 3 tracks have been mixed to introduce some kind of introduction themes, just like in MK1 – but without the specific available materials. But that's not all, there's also better overall mixing to cut/extend some specific plays... creating build-ups and better connections with the high-intensity musical samples.
📌 So, now, what's next?
➡️ First, the project priorities: I'll keep the focus on Mortal Kombat 11 to complete the re-edition, and I really think of moving on to the Resident Evil 4 Remake DLCs sometime after. The official backlog remains the same, just shifting some priorities. (Ref: "Project Log" Post)
➡️ Second: you may have noticed, some of the latest tracks sound a little different (Goro's Lair 1, 2 and 3). Well, that's because I'm experimenting with more Phase 3 edits... Phase 3 is me starting to write extra musical arrangements to reinforce the track's musicality on extended loops. The track is becoming a little more interesting on extended plays because the original loop can be a bit repetitive. Now the track becomes more "evolutive" and engaging on long plays.
For now, I'm not pushing a lot of them because:
1. It takes a little more time to make (actually, I wrote the arrangement of Goro's Lair 3 the day before upload :D – one of my quickest compositions).
2. I don't want to "ruin" the experience of the track with a bad orchestration: I have to find the right instruments to make the track shine – Matthias Wolf for instance being very orchestral, it's easier for me because we share kind of matching harmonic styles (yet he is a professional composer).
For the next few days, I've been tasked to work on a musical arrangement of a classical piece (Oh Yeah!), so I'll come back a bit later with the list of tracks I'll prepare for the next Mortal Kombat 11 batch under the Mortal Kombat 1 stages.
Keeping you in the loop!
