I met a girl on Tinder and went over to her place expecting the usual awkward first-meet energy. Small talk. Where do I sit. Nothing serious.

Then I saw the bed.

Bolted straight into the headboard was something you don’t casually install — not hidden, not subtle, like it was meant to be noticed. Once I saw it, I couldn’t unsee it.

She laughed when she caught me staring and acted like it was no big deal. My gut disagreed immediately. The room stopped feeling spontaneous and started feeling staged, like this wasn’t her first time springing this on someone.

I told her I wasn’t staying and started putting my shoes on. She flipped instantly — called me selfish, said I wasted her time. After I left, she kept blowing up my phone, angry that I wouldn’t spend the night.

The whole drive home, all I could think was how fast my instincts told me to leave the second I noticed that bed.

Noticed these things popping up on the door to my outside storage closet. I’ve never seen such a thing. What are they? 🤔 They extend an inch or so out from the door but don’t bend in the wind.

Today I found out why no one eats the oranges from the trees in public places.

They are public property and are planted to make the place look colourful and attractive.

They are sprayed with insecticides.

But mostly it’s because they taste rank.

Hands up, anyone who has ever tried to eat one? 🙋🏻‍♂️😂😂😂 — in Málaga, Spain.

I have a dull hobby of wandering around scrap yards when I have some free time.

I stumbled across this car rotting away in the back corner and from a distance, thought it was a 2 time paint job.

Upon closer inspection, I came to find out it was actually HUNDREDS of bottle caps glued to the car 🤣 thought some may enjoy this.
