So I am working on my comedy special next week or so, but I feel like it's necessary to talk about some stuff I mentioned a week ago on stage.

Earlier this year I was diagnosed with bipolar, autism, and (other things I already knew). I don't think I have really processed this at all. because of this, I think I have really not treated people or friends well. I feel like people have had a lot of grace and empathy for me and I think I need to extend that out to others in the same way.

I wanna continue to do shows and make stuff and play video games and exercise and do things that bring me joy. I wanna make music again in the way i used to because that is why people enjoy me in the first place. I wanna do comedy shows on a regular basis, it's just been so hard.

I wanted to wait and talk about this until my comedy special was out, but I need to talk about this now because it's been too much.

I actually feel Like i am going to make content and videos reviewing other peoples things or going outside of myself for a while. I have some plans to do that, I think that will be cathartic for me.

Thanks for reading this if you did, I also understand if you didn't because it's a lot.

Also thanks for everyone's support and friendship over the years. I really appreciate it so much. I am excited to make stuff that will bring me closer to people and evoke more positive feelings in the world instead of pushing people away in the manner that I have been.

I like figuring out what to do with pasta, because you either eat it so evenly in the bowl all at once to placate the stomach, or you basically save 5 pieces of pasta to tell your step brother about it at a death metal concert.
