Loved VH1's Pop Up Video Series! 🫧🔊📼💿

Enough to pay $130 for its dvd collection from Walmart. No.

But this was the the show that finally got VH1 noticed in 1996. It was able to stand up to its cool older sibling MTV and stop yelling Marcia! Marcia! Marica! It kicked off the golden era of celebreality shows like the Of Love's and The Pick Up Artist with Mystery and his unforgettable wardrobe and dating advice.

Who knew it had so much merch tho, a board game and a metallic glossy picture book! I can still hear those little water bloop noises. They did a great job with that one 👏

Red Rover Red Rover, Send Windows 95 Over! 💻🤓🥎💿

Wanted to build a gaming laptop for years, but not just any gaming laptop. A time teleportation device! Turns out I'm kinda technologically challenged at software n' stuff so I decided to hire a professional instead. WinMacs on Ebay had listings for customizable laptops, so I hit em up and asked if they could add a whole weird list of super mega old games for me. They did! And were patient, fair, and awesome all along the way! I'm so happy about this! Check em out! They rule!

Some of these I havent played or even seen since the days when AOL discs plagued our junk mail pile. Since Myst was the trial game that came with the big boxy PC in cow print cardboard! Heck some of these even predate that! Commander Keen was MS DOS! That was the era when they rarely let us into the coveted computer lab in elementary only to have The Oregon Trail obliterate our hopes and dreams in the first 5 minutes!

While everybody is trying to outrun Skynet, I'll be hanging back, way back, in Microsoft Bob land where it would never bother to look, throwing tennis balls to Rover and rearranging the flowers on my virtual shelves!

I cant beleive it! CJRB has gone glow! Really dont give the Bolt enough luv, its truly one of my most favorites. I'd pit it against its mega strong budget rival Pyrite Lite as best in that price range class any day because you get that incredible ferociously fidgety V2 Recoil Lock for just a lil more. And now it glows! If they drop it in a wharn my head might explode, that would be the ultimate! Pretty please CJRB, with a cherry on top!?!

They are still making Silly Putty! Awesome! We just saw some wood Pick Up Sticks and Tiddlywinks at Barnes & Noble! Played those tons back in the day. Happy about the resurgence of simple fun things still stealing hearts! Skittles tho, you need to calm down.

Cannot beleive how hard it is to track down Rattler Race, it isnt included in Microsofts old Pack, apparently. Did you know Game Boy made a couple of those old Windows 95 games on a cartridge? Me neither, they're on the way, we'll play them together soon! And that green slime version of Pipe Dream on NES. Oh, and best of all, Commander Keen! Ahhhhhhhhhh

P.S. Geyser's need to return! STAT!

Anybody do the BladeHQ Bounty Hunt? 🌌🔪

We did and only found the red axe one but werent able to unlock the puzzle before the clock ran out. We also found the Benchmade clue under the Cypher but didnt know what to do after that. Anyways, those Exo's look mighty sweet, love a reverse donut version! 🍩 Also SMKW is throwin down with 2 Laffy Taffy + Goosebumps Glow In The Dark, nope sorry UV reactive, Beertenders! SAY WHAT!?! Wild! 🍺🧪

Oh and found another retro gaming console that plays NES, didnt buy this one, its far away but it looks cool, even has a Zapper! And its a brand we recognize, Hyperkin makes cool stuff. I have found some Sega ones but they are strange brands, not sure if I wanna take that chance on one.

Made the husband watch the really old He Man Masters of the Universe with me. I dunno why rotton tomatoes goes so hard on this one, we thought it was great. Especially for 1987. And that IS Courtney Cox & Dolf Lundgren! Maybe she'll cameo in the new one? Have you seen the popcorn buckets for the new one!? They're giant! 🍿📽🐅⚔️

Took the kiddos to Gamestop and happened upon a sorta rare Retro Champ NES player. So we're gonna pit the 8 Bit Boy against it soon to see which one is more awesome. But at checkout the cashier chick says, "comeback next week, that whole back wall is going retro once I get all the inventory in the back gone through." This seems to be the case country wide.

Somehow our simple dessert shopping trip managed to turn into a pawn shop/thrift store crawl but misadventures can be awesome, the dude cut me a deal on those 3 Game Boy games for $5 each. Not too bad. Good deals are still out there if you go exploring. Or as I call it, treasure hunting! 🥧

1976 Boggle so we can Peggy Hill it to our hearts' wildest dreams! They just dont make board games like they used to. OG Hungry Hippos was so solid, you could really slam down on those handles but now the plastic breaks if you look at it wrong.

Speaking of plastics. . .Stoked to see transclucents making such a comeback. That GEO looks sweet over at BladeHQ. I got the Arcades from Flytanium and call them my squirt gun knives because those almost neon scales are just so cool! Happy Sunday to you! 🕹🔫

We might be coming down with the sickness. We all feel like garbage after such an exhausti- I mean exciting couple of weeks.

The fair rolled through town and had all sorts of letter openers, including katanas! We planted every type of melon in the garden and now I HAVE TO learn how to properly unsheath and swing this thing without losing a limb before they fruit!

Remember boils and ghouls, always cut away from yourself and others. Never run with scissors. *Crypt Keeper laugh!!

MTN DEW has a Utah edish now. I really like the cans. Maybe a few of those would restore our energy, or just give us diabetes. Either way, gonna work on tons of editing soon here, theres an onslaught of time travel back to the 90s comin' atcha.
