I started this channel to share what really matters in the kitchen: confidence, skill, and great food. If you love food you're already most of the way there, I'm just here to help you cross the finish line. I got my start in professional kitchens at 19, working in multiple Michelin-starred restaurants and earning Bib Gourmand awards as head chef. But I don’t want this channel to be about restaurant flash—what I care about is making technique-driven cooking feel accessible, practical, and rewarding in your own kitchen.
