Incase you missed it Infold has put out a statement regarding the spending event outfit called "Seasonal Colors".

"Dear Stylists,

We've been listening closely to your feedback since the release of the [Seasonal Colors] outfit from the Version 2.4 cumulative top-up event. We sincerely apologize that it fell short of your expectations.

We will optimize the dress, shoes, headwear, and choker pieces of the [Seasonal Colors] outfit. Stylists who meet the requirements for these pieces during the "Forest's Invitation" cumulative top-up event will first receive the current, pre-optimization versions. We are prioritizing the optimization work and will deliver the updated pieces to eligible stylists as soon as they are ready.

Please accept our sincere apologies. We will apply higher quality standards to all future content, and we are deeply grateful for your feedback, support, and continued attention.

Hey guys!

I wanted to make a post about what's on with Heartopia. It has been brought to my attention that in one of most recent quest there was a scene showing a black NPC eating a bizarre mushroom which then led the NPC to start dancing like a monkey and make monkey noises. I am not sure how this even got past ANYONE in the development as this is clearly racist. I am completely disappointed
with Heartopia not only for including this scene into the game, but their response. It seems they only apologized in their discord (I have not seen the apology posted anywhere else), and people are now being timed out and banned in the discord server for voicing their discomfort with this incredibly hurtful scene . This is not the first time Heartopia has tried to silence peoples criticism as we have seen this with the GEN AI situation as well.

It is important for people to continue to voice their opinions about this blatant racist cutscene and mis management of the game to the developers. I do not support any type of racism as we are trying to build a safe community for everyone on this channel. People should not have to feel less than or nervous to be apart of ANY community based on their race.

I hope Heartopia can learn to grow and make better decisions going forward. It is a very sad feeling as this game has a ton of potential and was a way for all of us to hang out and have fun together as a community. As a result I will be stepping away from Heartopia in hopes the company will apologize and can address the communities concerns properly.
