Welcome to my channel.
I am now retired and traveling more and more in my Truck Camper with my Lovely Fiancé Kelli, and our two crazy lovable cats, Archie and Poppie. I also love to work on my truck and camper, constantly making improvements or doing repairs to make Road Life better. Many of my videos are a great help to others trying to repair their RVs. We also seek out interesting places and things to share with our viewers. This channel was started June 21, 2009 and currently has 1126 videos!
In my previous life, I worked as a Residential General Contractor having a wonderful time, and meeting some really wonderful people, building and remodeling residential homes for 40 years. I have several hundred construction videos posted showing DIY, Do It Yourselfers, how to work on their homes that will remain posted.
Please feel welcome to look around and I hope you enjoy what you find in my catalogue of videos.

I'm excited to have family and friends over for Thanksgiving Dinner again this year. I will be making pretty much the same genetically altered (just kidding) 4-legged turkey again this year along with all the other goodies. There are more drumstick lovers than drumsticks.
Kelli and I wish you all a Wonderful and Happy Thanksgiving.

And there you have it, Beef Jerky from the Truck Camper Oven.
I will confess, I experimented using Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory BBQ Sauce. The Angus Tri-Tip soaked in a Ziplok bag with the sauce for36 hours. I skewed and placed in the oven at 190/180 degrees for 14 hours. Came out beautifully. Very simple to make and so much better than store bought. The sauce does make it on the sweet side.
