Pregnancy 🤰 craving hit the hardest! However I’ve been doing my hardest to maintain a healthier diet during this pregnancy 💙

Here are my top 6 meals I currently have on repeat 🔁 and I’m pretty proud of myself ☺️😌🙌🏽

My first and second trimester was absolutely horrible when it came to food. I was throwing up everything , over indulging CARBS and SUGAR trying to stay satisfied and by time I got to the end of my second trimester it clicked!!! CHANGE THE FOOD!

No more drive thru‼️
No more over spending and wasting money‼️
No more late night snacking‼️
No more sweet tooth cravings‼️
No more emotional eating‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

As hard as it might seem. You can’t argue with results! Healthy eating WINS EVERY TIME!!!

Show of hands.. whose life is perfect? You have everything you could imagine? Never had a heartbreak ? Was a straight A student throughout schooling? Everyone’s favorite and made no mistakes?

God is there for every mishap believe it or not. It’s up to us to allow him in our hearts and acknowledge him.

I know I know that sounds too easy for the tough moments when they come. I’m learning life is action to reaction.. it’s our overall response that makes a difference in our lives.

Day 2..

This carried me throughout this day! But I really wanted to share this with you tonight.

Second day of the new year and for everyone it isn’t so “ happy “ it might be just the opposite!

Maybe it’s because nothing changed but the date. Last years goals have yet come to pass. Hours passing by too fast to take a breather and focus in on the present and the year JUST STARTED!! School starts back next week and you’re not ready for the return, back to the regular scheduled program.

Or my favorite, the aftermath of the holiday/fun spending and ya money looking funny now! Beginning of the year and beginning of the month🥴

Breathe! And remember who’s in control of it all ( not you nor myself, but God )


Tonight, turn to him in prayer then surrender and release it all back to him. Because he cares. Always have and always will. God is the unchanging one ❤️

Never Alone!

We all battle something. Most times we battle similar things!

I’ve battled depression and anxiety for years! I had to learn over the years that the battles are mines! And my strength comes from God. I also had to learn what my spiritual weapons are. Prayer is one of them!

My Husband got me this beautiful prayer book to pair with my woman’s study Bible.

Today starts January 1, 2026🎊
So I’m sharing it with you all!

It’s 365 days of prayer and I want to extend my hand in prayer to those that need a lil boost for the day🥰

I pray that all had an enjoyable Mother’s Day yesterday. A day of love, joy and peace.

Motherhood has taught me many things. But what it has taught me most was the strength that can only come from God himself to love, nurture and give beyond my natural limits beyond my flesh beyond my personal cares and desires. A strength that I cannot bare on my own. A strength that I am oh so grateful for.

I am in awe as I read this card. This is from my aunt and cousin. Thea is my cousin who is suffering from a condition known as Fibromyalgia. She cannot not physically move on her own and has severe memory loss. She is about 36 years old no husband no children.

I come sit with her. Talk with her. And serve her. I do her hair as needed. I feed her the word of God. I cry with her. Hug on her. I bring my children so she can smile. A child’s joy is the purest form of joy you can come by. So I share that with her.

I never ask of anything. I give my time and my heart. I am very thankful that my kindness my love my spirit is seen in a way that gives thankfulness back to my Heavenly Father my Lord my God Jesus Christ🩷
