The monsoon is approaching — nature is bringing a new message of life.
At this time, I earnestly request everyone from the bottom of my heart: please refrain from catching broodfish carrying eggs, as well as mother fish with juveniles or fry.
These mother fish are the foundation of the future fish population.
If we destroy them now, the natural breeding process will be disrupted, and soon our rivers, canals, and wetlands will face a shortage of fish — some species may even become extinct.
Let us give nature a little time, for our own good. If we protect the mother fish today, our waters will be abundant with life in the future.
সামনে বর্ষা আসছে — প্রকৃতি নতুন প্রাণের বার্তা নিয়ে আসছে। এ সময়টিতে আমি সবার কাছে হৃদয় থেকে অনুরোধ জানাই, দয়া করে ডিমওয়ালা মা মাছ এবং পোনা বা বাচ্চা মাছসহ মা মাছ শিকার থেকে বিরত থাকুন। কারণ, এই মা মাছরাই ভবিষ্যতের মাছের ভাণ্ডার তৈরি করে। যদি এখন আমরা এদের নিধন করি, তাহলে মাছের স্বাভাবিক বংশবিস্তার ব্যাহত হবে এবং অচিরেই আমাদের নদী-খাল-বিলে মাছের অভাব দেখা দেবে, এমনকি কিছু প্রজাতি বিলুপ্ত হয়ে যেতে পারে। আসুন, নিজেদের স্বার্থেই প্রকৃতিকে একটু সময় দিই — মা মাছ বাঁচলে, ভবিষ্যতে মাছের ভাণ্ডার ভরপুর থাকবে।
