I want to take a moment to speak honestly and from a place of respect.
First, thank you to those who showed up by sharing, donating, praying, or simply checking in. Your support truly mattered and did not go unnoticed.
That said, I would be dishonest if I didn’t acknowledge my disappointment in some of the responses or lack thereof. Historically, when situations are filled with drama or gossip, engagement is immediate and overwhelming. Yet when there was a real opportunity to help alleviate a burden in the life of one of our strongest supporters, that same energy was missing.
What has been most concerning is that some individuals felt comfortable asking for detailed medical history rather than leading with compassion and support. No one should have to explain or justify their pain to receive empathy. Support should never be conditional.
This moment was not about attention or conversation it was about showing up for someone who has consistently shown up for others. I’m sharing this not to shame anyone, but to be transparent about how our actions or inaction speak volumes, especially during times of vulnerability.
Moving forward, I hope we can all reflect on how we choose to engage when it truly matters.
Thank you again to those who led with empathy, respect, and love.
Hey family 🤍 I’m coming to you today asking for prayers and support for someone who is like a sister to me, NaeNae, who is currently undergoing chemotherapy.
She is a mother of three children, including a 1-year-old daughter whose first birthday couldn’t be celebrated due to the toll this journey has taken. On top of that, NaeNae is also the primary caregiver for her mother, who is currently on dialysis.
Although her husband continues to work, he’s been forced to take excessive time away from work to care for their children, attend appointments, and support her through treatment—putting a heavy financial, emotional, and physical strain on their family.
I’ve created a GoFundMe to help ease some of the burden during this incredibly difficult time. If you’re able to donate, share, or simply pray for her and her family, it would mean the world to us.
🔗 Link is below Thank you for always showing love and support. Please keep NaeNae and her family lifted 🤍🙏🏽
The best thing I ever did was get out of other’s business and got serious about my own business ❤️ It’s November so let’s really run it up! 💞 I know a lot of people don’t support me personally, but supported the content I was once creating. That time is over and as much as I loved it, it’s time to pour into my own work. ❤️
