फ़िसर के सामान्य लक्षणो मे दर्द,चुभन व जलन प्रथम है तदोपरान्त खुजली भी हो सकती है|
रक्त का स्राव मल के ऊपर रेखा के रूप में अथवा बून्दो के रूप में हो सकता है अथवा नही भी हो सकता है|
मलत्याग के तत्काल बाद ही दर्द,चुभन व जलन इत्यादि मे वृद्धि हो जाती है|
कई बार पूय / मवाद का स्राव भी होते देखा गया है|
फ़िसर के कारणो मे दोपहिया वाहन की अधिक सवारी, कठोर मल (Hard Stool)का त्याग , अधिक देर तक बैठने वाला कार्य इत्यादि शामिल है|
फ़िसर कि चिकित्सा सामान्यतया औषधियो द्वारा की जाती है एवं 50% से अधिक रोगियो मे, यदि चिकित्सक योग्य है तो ऑपरेशन की आवश्यकता नही पड़ती है|
CAUSES OF FISSURE:
# common in young and middle age groups.The disease sometimes is seen in children and infants too.
#Constipation:it is the main factor for occurrence of repeated anal fissure after complete healing. # Incidence of anterior anal fissure is high in women during parturition.
#PROLONG USE OF PURGATIVES :The long and regular use of purgative for soft and liquid stool causes contraction of the anal canal .So sometimes during passage of hard stool ,the cutaneous lining of anal canal becomes stretched causing single or multiple fissures or erosions in lower anal canal.
#SPASM OF ANAL SPHINCTERS : The septic materials in the pocket of the anal fissure are retained by the spasm of the anal musculatures.So inadequate drainage of fissure delays the healing process.Thus the fissure becomes chronic and nonhealing.
#OTHER CAUSE OF FISSURE: Removal of excessive tissues of anal canal during haemorrhoidectomy causes anal stenosis and fissures during passage of hard stool.Inflammatory bowel syndrome like Proctocolitis or colitis of various origin,crohn’s disease,anal venereal disease severe attack of diarrhea or dysentery causes tearing of anal skin due to repeated stool and inflammation of anal canal.....

भगन्दर के मुख्य लक्षण:
भगंदर नामक बीमारी एक दुःसह यानी गंभीर बीमारी है| जिसमें मलद्वार के आसपास यानी perianal area में फोड़ा या फुंसी हो जाता है| जिसमें से मवाद यानी पस या पानी जैसा पदार्थ बीच बीच में आता रेहता है फिर बंद हो जाता है और कुछ दिनों के पश्चात दोबारा आना शुरू होता है और यह प्रक्रिया चालती रेहति है| इस में दर्द तब होता है जब मवाद आना बंद हो जाता है| भगंदर अर्थात फिस्टुला का मुंह बंद हो जाता है या बीच बीच में कष्ट पहुंचाता रहता है और मरीज को सामान्य जीवन नहीं जीने देता| भगंदर के मुख्य कारण है उनमें Anal Cripts में इन्फेक्शन हो जाना जरूर है लेकिन जो सामान्य कारण है उसमें कब्जियत (कॉन्स्टिपेशन), हॉर्स राइडिंग (घुड़सवारी), दो पहिया वाहन की ज्यादा सवारी करना अथवा बहुत ज्यादा देर तक बैठे रहना मल वक्त अधिक जोर लगाना इत्यादि| इनमे से कोई एक या अधिक कारणों से भगन्दर हो सकता है| जैसा कि हम जानते हैं कि यह एक गंभीर समस्या है जिसमें सामान्य रूप से चिकित्सा कठिन है| आयुर्वेदिक दवाइयों, एलोपैथिक दवाइयों, होम्योपैथिक दवाइयों से क्षणिक लाभ तो मिल सकता है परंतु पूर्ण लाभ नही मिलता| आधुनिक शल्य चिकित्सा में सफलता दर केवल 50%-60% ही है अर्थात 40%-50% लोगो को आपरेशन कराने के बाद भगन्दर दोबारा हो जाता है | England के एक विख्यात Allopathic शल्य चिकित्सक ने तो अपना स्वयं का आपरेशन लगातार 17 बार कराया फ़िर भी उसका भगन्दर ठीक ना हो सका
