Tim Johnson Addiction Recovery

Hello everyone. It is one of Tim’s daughters here. I am sorry we haven’t been able to post earlier but it has been a challenging few months.
Unfortunately Dad had a prolonged relapse episode in April where in the end he had to be rushed to hospital. The positive news is, he is now physically well and safe. He is being continually supported by his family and close friends.
I don’t want to say too much private information on here (I am sure he will post something later this year explaining everything in detail), but all I will say is he is being treated for a mental health condition and is doing really well. We are also actively working on the addiction side of things, but it going to be a very long journey. Part of that journey will unfortunately involve him taking a long break from this channel. I am not sure when he will be back on, but he needs to concentrate on getting better.
I know he will miss everyone on here, we’ve passed on all the supportive messages you have been sending and he really appreciates the support.
He is also being financially supported by his family and we have removed Kofi. Thank you for supporting him in the past but he will no longer need this. I am sure he will continue trying to help people in the future which he loves doing, but for now he needs to help himself first. Lots of love to everyone, Carpe Diem 🫶
