😎💪🏻 HOW I DID IT AND YOU CAN TOO
My whole life I was the “husky”, awkward guy with foot, knee and back pain.
Which I blame my flat feet and chronic desk work for..
Even when I played college football and was being professionally trained 6x a week,
I WAS STILL overweight, in pain and self conscious of how my shirt would tuck under my stomach fat and expose my mid section.
It wasn’t until after my senior season that I decided to put my exercise science degree to the test and try something new.
Because clearly the intense exercise wasn’t cutting it.
After focusing more on my nutrition and mastering macros, I lost 30+ pounds of fat in 12 weeks
DURING the holiday season! 🤯
Proving to myself that it wasn’t about eating “super clean” or perfect all the time.
Years later, I ended up finishing my doctor of chiropractic degree and fixing all my aches and pains too.
Now I help my clients do the same.
