Here are 5 days (or even moments) you can schedule into this next month for a better, more fulfilling week 🤍
1. Reset & Recharge Day
Tidy the home, catch up on bills, prep meals, and declutter your space.
A clean environment can bring calm to a cluttered mind.
2. Connection Day
Reach out to a friend, plan a simple family outing, or have a heart-to-heart with your partner.
Deep connection fills emotional gaps that often go unnoticed in the daily grind.
3. Personal Refill Day
Take time just for you. Whether it’s reading, journaling, getting a massage, or simply sitting in silence—this day is about restoring your energy, not pouring it out.
4. Dream & Plan Day
Step back and reflect. Revisit your goals, visualize your future, and make small plans for what you’d love to see more of in your life.
Your dreams matter, too.
5. Spontaneous Day
Break out of routine. Visit a new place, try a different workout, or plan something special and spontaneous for a loved one.

"I remember taking the before photo, and I literally cried my eyes out. I hadn't taken many photos because I knew I gained a significant amount of weight, but I didn't know it was THAT MUCH! Enough was enough, and I did what I had to do. At that time I was 47, and I was like oh great, I'm gonna be eligible for AARP by the time I lose what I desire. My drinks vary throughout the week, but this is kind of the schedule I follow with the cadence of my day 🥰
7am - warm lemon water + salt
8am - iced coffee
8:30am - green smoothie
9:30am - iced water jug
12:30pm - beet juice
12:45pm - one sip of strawberry boba tea
2pm - peppermint tea
4pm - iced water
8pm - chamomile tea
8:45pm - magnesi-om sleepy juice
As you can see, I drink a variation of drinks (plain water gets boring sometimes), but that doesn’t mean I’m drinking my calories. The main calorie sources from drinks are from the milk in my iced coffee, the ingredients in my smoothie, and the beet juice ingredients (plus that fun sip of boba).
You can reach your goals while keeping your drink selection varying!
