The questions👇🏽
1. Why do I want to lose weight right now - and is it coming from love for myself or frustration with myself?
Both are honest answers, but only one is sustainable.
2. What season of life am I actually in, and what does consistency realistically look like right now?
Not your dream routine. Your real one.
3. Am I willing to trade perfection for consistency, even when progress feels slow or messy?
Because this journey will ask you to choose that more than once.
4. Which habits am I relying on that feel “productive” but actually drain me?
Over-restricting, overtraining, starting over every Monday.
5. Do I believe my body is capable of change - or do I secretly think I’m the exception/broken?
Effort (or lack of it) follows what you believe about yourself
6. What am I doing to support my energy, not just burn calories?
Sleep, food, stress, recovery all are just as important
7. If the scale didn’t move for a few weeks (or even months) would I still show up for myself?
This answer reveals everything about your long-term success.
You don’t need more discipline.
You need clarity, compassion, and a plan that fits your real life.

CALLING ALL LAZY/LOW ENERGY HUNNIES! 👀
Sometimes we barely have any energy to workout and that is totally okay! We need to listen to our bodies and either have a rest day, or do a workout that is more suited to our energy level.
This can sometimes prompt you to do even more, and will help you get your energy up even more...who knows you may feel motivated to do another workout after you complete this one.
I just want to let you know that Im proud of you for even looking for a workout right now with your level of energy! I'm so proud of you and know that you are going to feel stronger and more confident tomorrow because you put the intentional effort in today!
