I've been making people sweat and see their own transformations ever since I was a personal trainer doing 1-on-1 coaching at a local gym 8 years ago.

Now I have the honor of teaching millions of women, and helping them achieve their goals!

I love my walking and strength workouts... they’ve been a huge part of my fat loss journey. But every time I stay consistent with this 10-minute Core Restore workout, I notice a real difference:

Them: “how did you achieve your weight loss goals without lifting weights in the gym??”

me: “lifting weights at home - it doesn’t matter where you do it 😉”

I haven’t stepped foot in a gym for several years because quite honestly I didn’t want to have my workout sessions limited to when I can make time to go to the gym or if someone is available to watch my babies. When I became a mom I also became hyper aware of germs and the potential of getting sick from going to the gym 😅 sounds silly but I avoid getting sick at ALL COSTS because it simply sucks having to care for a baby sleep deprived and sick 😭

From this, “growwithjo” was born. Starting with cardio walking workouts at home and eventually I’ve added several strength sessions (+ deep core especially for the mamas who have wear and tear on their core from pregnancy &/or C-sections) to fully round out the at home workout experience.

"This was me 100 lbs ago… me now. It took me about 1 yr to shed all the weight. I went from 239lbs to 139 lbs. it is possible!! Never give up on yourself! I didn’t do crazy elimination diets, went to expensive gyms (with 4 young kids I don’t have the energy to drive 1 hr to the closest gym with childcare). I did it all with Grow with Jo.
